Das Zimmer ist hell, 18m2 groß und liegt an einer relativ ruhigen Straße im 8. Bezirk zwischen Alser Str. und Josefstädter Str. also nicht weit vom alten AKH Campus und der Hauptuni.
Das Zimmer wird unmöbliert übergeben, wenn du einziehst ist es komplett leer (auf Anfrage können evtl. ein paar Möbelstücke bleiben). Es ist kein Durchgangszimmer. Die ganze Wohnung ist saniert und hat neu eingebaute Fenster, dennoch können Altbau-Wohnungen durch die hohen Decken etc. im Winter mal kühler sein, dafür gibt es eine Zentralheizung.
Es gibt einen Lift (Wohnung ist im 1. Stock) und wir haben ein kleines aber sehr schönes Wohnzimmer. Außerdem gibt es eine Abstellkammer mit einem Regal das bis unter die Decke reicht, in dem man viel verstauen kann. Die Fotos sind vom letzten Herbst, mittlerweile sieht die Wohnung minimal anders aus, neue Fotos in Kürze! Nachbar*innen sind entspannt.
Das Zimmer kann ab 5. August bezogen werden. Bitte schick ein social media Profil oder Bilder von dir mit, wenn du eine Nachricht schreibst (freue mich auch über Auskunft zu Sonne, Mond und Aszendent deines astrologischen Charts 😇). Am liebsten würde ich die Wohnung weiter mit einer Frau oder einer Nicht-Binären Person zwischen 24~30 für mindestens 1 Jahr (am besten 2) teilen.
Wirklich wichtig wäre außerdem, dass du selbstständig sehr auf Ordentlich- und Sauberkeit in gemeinsam genutzten Räumen achtest, und politisch eher links orientiert bist, ansonsten werden wir uns wahrscheinlich nicht verstehen :)
Tiere sind erlaubt.

the room is bright and 18m2 on a relatively quiet street in the 8th district between Alser str./Josefstädter str., not far from the old akh campus and the main uni. The room will be unfurnished when you move in.
It's an old building with high ceilings etc but the windows are new. The flat is on the 1st floor and accessible via lift as well. We have a small but lovely living room. There's also a decently sized storage room. Pictures were taken in autumn last year, the place has changed slightly since then so I'll post updated photos soon!
The neighbours are friendly.
Move in date will be sometime at the beginning of august (specific date tba).

Ideally I'd like to share the flat with a 24-30yo woman or non-binary person for at least a year, ideally 2.

Der Bus 13A ist 3 Gehminuten von der Wohnung entfernt.
Außerdem fahren die Trams 43, 44, 4, 5, 33, und 2 in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Zur U-Bahn-Haltestelle Alser Str. oder Josefstädter Str. braucht man ca 15min.
Billa, DM, Bipa, Spar & co sind ca 5 min entfernt.

Ich (Julia) bin 25 Jahre alt, komme ursprünglich aus Deutschland und wohne seit 3 Jahren hier. Am liebsten genieße ich die Sonne im Park mit einem guten Buch und einem iced oat latte, gehe ins kino, schau mir kunst an und/oder esse was schönes. Manchmal gehe ich auch feiern aber bin wahrscheinlich etwas aus dem Alter raus haha. Die Wohnung sehe ich als eher introvertierte Person als Rückzugsort und habe daher ehrlich gesagt am liebsten meine Ruhe. Ein entspanntes Verhältnis, Rücksicht aufeinander und klare Kommunikation sind mir sehr wichtig :)

I'm Julia, 25, originally from germany and I've been living in Vienna (and this flat) since 2019. I like hanging out at the park, reading, drinking iced oat lattes, going to the cinema and museums/galleries and eating nice vegetarian food.
Since I'm relatively introverted, I prefer things to be calm, somewhat quiet and peaceful. Clear communication, consideration for one another and a relaxed relationship are all important to me.
