The room is about 14m2, has a huge window facing the backyard which makes it both quiet and perfect for those who like a bit more darker environment during the early mornings. (The room has a bed and a desk.)
The apartment is 88m2. We have one toilet, one bathroom with shower, bathtub and washing machine.The kitchen is a good size with room for a sitting area. The living room is spacious with two windows facing south, receiving a rich amount of light all day. Additionally, the room faces away from the busy Alser Strasse street, overlooking the smaller and quieter Skoda gasset.
The rent is €500/month + utilities (wifi, water, and electricity)
Location:
8th district, right on the main street of Alser Strasse. We have all the shops, cafees, bakeries and any kind of public transport just a few meters away from the door.
To get to the city center or the canal will take you less then 10 mins by bike.
