Zimmer in einer 2er-WG im 8. Bezirk I Room in the 8th district

Die Wohnung liegt direkt an der Straßenbahnlinie 46 (2 Minuten entfernt) und die Stationen Thaliastraße U6 in 8 Minuten und Volksteather U3 sind 15 Minuten entfernt.

Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es reichlich. Spar, Billa und Hofer sind in 5-8 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Gegend ist toll, es gibt viele coole Lokale, Bars und Cafés zum Ausprobieren.
Das Stadtzentrum ist auch nur 15 Minuten entfernt.

The flat is right next to tram line 46 (2 minutes away) and stations Thaliastraße U6 in 8 minutes and Volksteather U3 are 15 minutes away.

There are plenty of shopping possibilities. Spar, Billa and Hofer are within 5-8 minutes walking distance. The area is great, there are lots of cool places to eat, bars and cafes to try.
The city centre is also only 15 minutes away.

Ich, Julia (22), wohne in der WG. Ich komme ursprünglich aus Ungarn, lebe aber schon seit 4 Jahren in Österreich. Derzeit arbeite ich bei der Raiffeisen Bank International im Innovationsmanagement. Meine Freizeit verbringe ich gerne mit Freunden und auf Reisen, daher sieht man mich manchmal nicht so oft in der Wohnung.

Ich werde im nächsten halben Jahr eine Rucksacktour machen, also wirst du die Wohnung bis Ende Januar/Februar mit jemand anderem teilen. Ich bin immer noch auf der Suche nach dieser Person, so dass, falls du eine(n) FreundIn, der für ein Zimmer in diesem Zeitraum sucht, lassen Sie mich wissen! ;)

Generell würde ich gerne eine WG gründen, in der eine freundliche Atmosphäre herrscht und wir uns bei einem Glas Wein ein bisschen unterhalten können. Wichtig ist mir auch, dass die Wohnung sauber und aufgeräumt ist.

Currently, I, Julia (22), live in the WG. I am originally from Hungary, but I have been living in Austria for 4 years. I currently work at Raiffeisen Bank International in Innovation Management. I like spending my free time with friends and travelling, so there are times when you won't see me around the flat so much.

I will be backpacking in the next half year, so you will share the apartment with someone else until the end of January / February. I am still looking for this person, so in case you have a friend who is looking for a room in this period, let me know! ;)

In general, I would like to start a flat share where there is a friendly atmosphere and we can chat a bit with a glass of wine. Another thing that is important to me is that the flat is clean and tidy.

Die Gesamtmiete beträgt 450 € (inklusive Strom, Gas, Wlan). Dazu kommt noch eine Kaution von 1350€.
Das Zimmer wird unmöbliert übergeben.

Idealerweise wird das Zimmer ab 16.09.2022 vermietet.
Vorerst vermiete ich das Zimmer für ein Jahr, mit der Möglichkeit einer Verlängerung.

The total rent is 450 € (including electricity, gas, Wi-fi). In addition, there is a deposit of 1350€.
The room will be handed over unfurnished.

Ideally, the room will be rented from 16.09.2022.
For the time being, I rent the room for one year, with the possibility of an extension.
