Das Zimmer hat 14m2 und ist echt gut geschnitten. Durch die riesige Fensterfläche auch echt hell. Das Zimmer schaut auf eine kleine Nebenstrasse und daher auch echt ruhig. Schlafe sehr oft mit offenem Fenster.
Sämtliche Möbel sind bereits vorhanden. Du musst also nur noch einziehen.
Das Zimmer kostet 480€ warm. Inkludiert sind Heizung, Strom, Wasser, Internet etc.
Alle zwei Wochen kommt eine Putzfrau. Ist auch schon im Preis inkludiert.
Küche und sämtliche Bäder sind neu.
Die Küche hat auch schon alles was benötigt. Wenn du aber etwas mitbringen willst. Feel Free! Da finden wir schon Platz :)
Die Küche ist groß genug und Bäder sind ausreichend für alle Leute vorhanden. Wir hatten nicht einmal ein Problem mit der Dusche bzw Küche.
Die Lage im 8. Bezirk ist echt gut.
Man kommt überall schnell hin.

Hauptuni: 15min
MedUni: 5-10 min
Restaurants, Supermärkte, Apotheken alles in 5min Fussweg
Meist geht es eher ruhig zu, da auch nie alle von uns da sind.
Am Abend gibt es ab und zu ein Bier oder Wein mit WG-people oder auch deren Besuch.
Das WG-Leben ist etwas zwischen Freunde und Zweck-WG. Also alles ungezwungen und nett, aber definitiv nicht wo man ständig was miteinander macht.
