Da ich meine geliebte WG für ein Erasmus Semester in Paris vorerst verlassen, biete ich mein Zimmer von Mitte Sept bis Mitte Feb zur Untermiete an! (Ein- bzw. Auszugsdaten bin recht flexibel)
Das Zimmer ist etwa 22 m2 groß und hat ein wunderschönes Fischgrätenparkett, wie es sich für einen Altbau gehört. Außerdem liegt es in Richtung einer Sackgasse und ist daher sehr ruhig, trotz super zentraler Lage! Natürlich ist es getrennt begehbar.

Vom Bett, über Kleiderbügel bis hin zum Beamer ist alles da - also einfach Koffer packen & los gehts!
Super geeignet für neue Wiener-Studis die sich neben dem Einleben ins Studieren, nicht auch gleich um einen großen Umzug kümmern möchten. Oder natürlich für Erasmus Student:innen die im Wintersemester in Wien studieren.

Since I (have to) leave my beloved shared apartment for an Erasmus semester in Paris, I offer my room from mid Sept to mid Feb for sublet! (Move in or move out dates are quite flexible).
The room is about 22 m2 and has a beautiful herringbone parquet, as befits an old building. In addition, it is located in the direction of a dead end and is therefore very quiet, despite super central location! Of course it is separately accessible.

Super suitable for new Viennese students who do not want to worry about a big move in addition to settling into their studies. Or of course for Erasmus students who are studying in Vienna this winter semester.
Die Lage könnte nicht besser sein! Du befindest dich nämlich im wunderschönen 8. Bezirk. Die U6 Station Josefstädterstraße ist in etwa 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Die Straßenbahnen 2, 5 und 33 erreichst du innerhalb von 2 Minuten. Überall findest du gute Cafés, Restaurants und Bars. Besonderes Highlight ist auch der kleine Tigerpark, (fast) direkt vor der Haustür. Der 7. Bezirk mir seinen coolen Bars und Cafés ist auch nur eine Querstraße entfernt (2 min Gehweg). Trotzdem ist die Wohnung sehr ruhig, da sie auf einer Seite auf eine Sackgasse und auf der anderen in den Innenhof schaut.

The location could not be better! You are in the beautiful 8th district. The U6 station Josefstädterstraße is about 5 minutes walk away. The trams 2, 5 and 33 you can reach within 2 minutes. Everywhere you will find good cafes, restaurants and bars. A special highlight is also the small Tigerpark, (almost) right in front of the front door. The 7th district with its cool bars and cafes is also just a cross street away (2 min walk). Nevertheless, the apartment is very quiet, because it looks on one side on a dead end street and on the other in the courtyard.
Du wohnst mit Joana (26) & Djanet (23)🫶🏼 Beide studieren Publizistik (einmal im
Bachelor & einmal im Master) & arbeiten nebenbei. Wir verstehen uns alle echt gut in der WG und wünschen uns keinesfalls eine Zwecks-WG. Eher wünschen wir uns entspannte Spiele-, Koch- oder Quatschabende, wenn man mal Zeit hat!

You'd live with Joana (26) & Djanet (23)🫶🏼 Both study journalism (Bachelor & Master) & work on the side. We all get along really we and don't want a "purpose flatshare" at all. Rather, we enjoy to have relaxed games, cooking or chat evenings when one has time!
