da ich wegen Studienwechsel aus meinem 22 m² Zimmer im 8ten Bezirk ausziehe, suche ich ab sofort eine*n Nachmieter*in. Das möbliertes Zimmer wird gegen Ende Oktober frei.
Wohnung:
Die Wohnung ist 115 m² groß, verfügt über 3 etwa gleich große Zimmer, sowie eine Küche mit Geschirrspüler, Backofen und 2 Kühlschränken, ein Badezimmer mit eigener Waschmaschine, Badewanne und ein separates WC. Die gesamte Wohnung ist im klassischen Wiener Altbaustil eingerichtet.
Die Miete liegt bei 418€ (inklusive Versicherung und Internet) + Strom/Gas wird je nach Verbrauch geteilt. Die Kaution ist 996€.

I will move out of my 22m² room in the 8th district, due to changing my study programme. The furnished room will be free by the end of October.

The flat has 115 m², has 3 roughly equal-sized rooms, as well as a kitchen with dishwasher, oven and 2 refrigerators, a bathroom with its own washing machine, bathtub and a separate toilet. The entire apartment is decorated with the classic Viennese old building style.
The rent is 418€ (including insurance, internet) + Electricity/Gas will be split according to consumption. The deposit is 996€.

- Die U-Bahn U6 Alserstraße und die Station 43/44 Brünnlbadgasse erreicht man in 3 Minuten zu Fuß.
- Die Linie 5 (Florianigasse, Lange Gasse oder Albertgasse), Linie 2 (Albertgasse) und 13A (Skodagasse) sind in 5 Minuten erreichbar.

Deine zukünftige Mitbewohner sind Doktoranden, die jeweils an der Uni Wien und AKH arbeiten. Beide sind sehr offene, entspannte Menschen, und bevorzugen eher Englisch. Wir reden meistens abends, und essen manchmal gemeinsam. Beide sind auch sportlich, und gehen manchmal joggen, spielen Badminton, oder auch gelegentlich bouldern.

You will share the flat with two doctoral students from Uni Wien and AKH. Both of them are kind and laid back people, who prefer speaking english. Most of the time we casually meet in the kitchen in the evening and have chat. We sometimes eat dinner together. Both are also quite active, and sometimes go jogging, play badminton, or boulder.
