The apartment is about 155 square meters and you would share it with three awesome and nice people from England, Germany and Spain. Your room is light and spacious, and you'll have your own bathroom (en-suite) - your flatmates share a separate bathroom and toilet between them. There is also a big living room and on the 2nd floor an office area that we use for home office.
The apartment is located 5 minutes away from Rathaus, you can walk 10 minutes to reach the metro station U2 or use one of the many trams that are a few steps away. The area of the flat is really central and you also have many restaurants/bars around. The nearest tram is a few minutes' walk from the flat.
Your flatmates would be Victor (26), Phil (26) and Alex (30). Victor and Alex work full-time, while Phil is completing a masters degree and working part-time. We are looking for a young professional who would consider themselves as a social person. They are super friendly, enjoy spending time together in the evening and doing something together on the weekends.
Your room would be a really nice and bright room with a private bathroom accessible directly from your room. The room costs 495 Euro per month (excluding heating/electricty/internet etc.). Bills average around 100eur/month but it depends on the energy prices of course. Our new flatmate should be comfortable with being added to the main contract together with the others. The room comes with the furniture (bed, shelves, wardrobe, TV, etc.) shown in the pictures for a small fee :)
