The room is almost 7m2, quiet (window to the innner court yard) with high sleeper bed (stays for free). It is tiny but since we have a huge living room, it is a pretty sweet solution if your are on a budget or just as a homebase to search for something bigger :)
There is also a huge wardrobe in the living room for you to use. You could keep the mattress (95,-), Lattenrost (30,-) Kommode (35,-) and Regal (20,-).
For now, we only know for sure that the room will be free until end of November, but there is
a big chance that you could stay longer, we just can't promise it 100% now yet, because we are still waiting for more info regarding the flat contract.
The flat is located in the 8th district, bordering the 7th, with Tigerpark (incl. Table Tennis) just outside the door. You can reach trams 2, 5, 33, and 46 in about 3 minutes, the U6 Thaliastraße is a 5 minute walk away, the U2 at Rathaus is an about 10 minute walk away or you can get there with the tram 2. There's a lot of nice bars, cafes, parks and lots of shops nearby, Mariahilferstraße is about a 15 minute walk away.
We also are having a small lot in the local gardening project next door, so fresh herbs et al are always available in summer :)
We are three people looking for a new temporary flatmate to share with us our place in the 8th :)
Hana is from Bratislava and currently trying to survive her PhD (but also enjoys it a lot). She loves music and parties, although in her age (27) she has to take it slower than before :D She also enjoys sports and sometimes goes with Dasha to the gym (and you are welcome to join too!). She would like to start dancing again and do pottery but is struggling to find the time.
Dasha/Darya, call me as you wish, because yolo. I am a Ukrainian/Spanish lady that likes to express herself through her paintings, talk about random facts in life and could be sometimes clumsy but just the right amount for you to laugh.
Kevin studied Politics and International Relations and currently works with International Organisations in the health sector. When he is not working or eating he is usually out with friends or picking up stuff (primarily bikes) from willhaben.
During the week we are quite busy and like to have the flat as a calm spot to relax.
We share the basic goods in the kitchen, have just set up a cleaning plan and like it tidy but not sterile :)
It should go without saying that we are against any forms of sexism, racism, homo- or transphobia etc. and encourage Flinta* people to write us :)
If that all sounds good to you and you are a chill/open person we would love to hear from you! Also, please let us know in the description which is the worst movie you have ever seen: )
