Kleines, aber feines, Zimmer (komplett eingerichtet). Hohe Decke sorgt dafür, dass es im Sommer immer. relativ kühl bleibt und da das Zimmer in einen Innenhof schaut, ist es sehr ruhig obwohl die WG direkt am Gürtel liegt. Möbel sollten bleiben! :)
Small, but cute and comfortable room (completely
furnished). Thanks to the high ceiling it's always
relatively cool even during summer and because the room looks out onto a small patio, it's always quiet even though the flat is located directly at the Gürtel. Furniture should stay! :)
U6 Nußdorferstraße und U4 Spittelau in Gehdistanz (200-300m). Straßenbahnlinien 37, 38 und D alle nur 2min entfernt. 15min zur Hauptuni und MedUni, 20-25min zur TU. Einkaufoptionen Billa, Hofer und Spar ebenfalls in 3min erreichbar. Etliche Nachtclubs (Grelle Forelle, Loco...) und Bars sind auch in 5min Gehdistanz. :)
Stations U6 Nußdorferstraße and U4 Spittelau both in walking distance (only about 200-300m).
Tramways 37, 38, and D only 2min away. 15min to
the main university and medical university, 20-25min to the technical university. For groceries, Billa, Hofer and Spar are also all only 3min away. Various Nightclubs (Grelle Forelle, Loco…..) and bars are also in 5min walking distance. :)
Sehr freundschaftliches und angenehmes Verhältnis zwischen allen Mitbewohner*innen. Eher ruhigere WG, wo jeder seine Privatsphäre schätzt (keine Party-WG außer zu besonderen Anlässen), aber wenn es sich bei allen ausgeht werden von Zeit zu Zeit immer gerne gemeinsame WG-Aktivitäten unternommen (Filmabende, Spieleabende…). Komm gerne mit, wenn wir zum wöchentlichen Pub Quiz gehen! :)
Very pleasant and amicable atmosphere between
all roommates. We are a rather calm flat where
everybody values their privacy (no party flat, or only on special occasions), but everybody is open for some roommate activities from time to time (movie nights, cooking nights, game nights.….). Feel free to join the weekly Pub Quiz with our friends. :)
