SHORT TERM RENT!
I'm renting my room while I'm travelling! From the 13th of January to the 4th February. Dates can be flexible. Just get in touch with me and we'll discuss it!
Your huge 30m2 room is on the sunny side of the apartment. The windows are newly renovated and the walls are 3.5m high. There is a connecting door to one of the other rooms, but it has been insulated.
The parquet floor is beautiful and there are unique decorations on the ceiling. There are several sockets and the WLAN router is also right in your room. The apartment is in a building directly behind the Votive Church, but your windows face a smaller side street and you don't hear much of what's going on outside. :)
The 100m2 apartment does not have an official living room, but a large, wide antechamber with a couch and a larger fold-out table. In the kitchen, there is a gas oven and 4 gas stoves. An air fryer, microwave, toaster, kettle and a rather small fridge with a cooling compartment. The bathroom & toilet are separate and there is a bathtub. In addition, there are windows to an atrium in the bathroom and toilet as well as in the anteroom
The top location is one of the best features of the apartment. It is located directly behind the Votive Church in the 9th district and when you step out of the apartment building you can see it immediately.
2 minutes walk away is Schwarspanierstrasse & Landesgerichtsstrasse, where tram lines 43, 44, 37, 38, 40, 41 & 42 connect. The Schottentor station with the U2 and tram lines: D, 1er, 2er, 43, 44, 37, 38, 40, 41, 42 and the bus 1A is only 7 minutes away. The 13A bus and the 5 and 33 tram lines are also within a 10-minute walk.
A Billa & Bipa are only 5 minutes away and DM and Hofer are only 10 minutes. There is also a sweet health food store right outside the front door with daily menus of homemade casseroles and cakes. A tobacco shop is directly opposite.
Various university buildings of the University of Vienna can be reached within 5-10 minutes on foot.
Even at night, some Würstel stands are open and there is a very large selection of restaurants and cafes for delivery services.
