Hello neue*r Mitbewohni,
beginnen wir mit ein paar hard facts zu deinem Zimmer: Es ist super ruhig, also erholsamer Schlaf garantiert. Auf circa 14 m2 hast du ein großes Bett, Schreibtisch, Kleiderstange und Beistelltisch am Bett. Ein Fenster geht zum sehr ruhigen Innenhof raus und eine fancy Lampe sorgt für genug Licht. Du kannst gern eigene Möbel mitbringen und etwas umgestalten, bis auf das Bett, das muss im Zimmer bleiben.
Im Rest der Wohnung findest du of course ein Bad - mit Badewanne, Waschmaschine und zwei Waschbecken und in einem separaten Raum natürlich die Toilette.
Mich findest du oft beim Snacken in der Küche, wo es auch Geschirrspüler, Tiefkühler und Co gibt.
In der Wohnung gibt es viel Platz zum Verstauen - eine Abstellkammer und große Einbauschränke im Flur.

let's start with some hard facts about your room: It is super quiet, so restful sleep is guaranteed. On about 14 m2 you have a large bed, desk, closet and side table by the bed. One window faces the quiet yard and a fancy lamp provides enough light. You are welcome to bring your own furniture and rearrange it a bit, except for the bed, which has to stay in the room.
In the rest of the apartment you will find, who would have guessed, a bathroom - with bathtub, washing machine and two sinks and in a separate room of course the toilet.
You will often find me snacking in the kitchen, where there is also a dishwasher, freezer and co.
In the apartment there is plenty of space for storage - a storage room and large built-in wardrobes in the hallway.
Die Wohnung liegt im Alsergrund, dem 9. Bezirk von Wien. Von hier aus bist du eigentlich recht fix überall.Zum Ring sind es 20 Minuten zu Fuß, mit dem Bus in 25 Minuten an der Boku und mit U-Bahn, Bus und Straßenbahn bist du auch sonst überall recht fix.
Bezüglich Einkaufen ist auch von Hofer, Billa und Spar bis DM und BIPA alles in gemütlicher Laufdistanz.
The apartment is located in Alsergrund, the 9th district of Vienna. From here you are actually quite fast everywhere. 20 minutes walk to the Ring, by bus in 25 minutes at the Boku and by subway, bus and streetcar you are also everywhere else quite fast.
As for shopping, everything from Hofer, Billa and Spar to DM and BIPA is within easy walking distance.
In der WG wohnen mit dir dann ich, Carmen (27) und Mariella (30) & Clemens (32). Ich studiere an meinem Master an der TU und bin oft untertags an der Uni oder arbeite
von zu Hause aus - ich schätze sehr am WG Leben, dass man sich mal gelegentlich im Gang oder in der Küche beim Kochen trifft und über den Tag quatscht, jeder aber auch seinen Rückzugsort hat :) Meine Freizeit verbring ich gerne mit Sport oder Kaffeetrinken mit Freunden außerdem backe ich sehr gerne :)
Zu Mariella und Clemens: Die beiden wohnen gemeinsam in einem Zimmer und werden im Mai Eltern, weshalb sie im März in eine eigene Wohnung ziehen werden. Mariella ist gerade in Bildungskarenz und macht ihre Ausbildung zur Psychotherapeutin. Clemens arbeitet in der Jugendarbeit und beide sind sehr entspannt.
Unsere WG würde ich eine wohlfühl-WG nennen, bei der rücksichtsvoller Umgang und Sauberkeit sehr wichtig ist. Wir haben einen Putzplan, bei dem wöchentlich jemand für das Aufräumen der WG zuständig ist - dies hat bis jetzt immer sehr gut geklappt. Ansonsten nutzen wir Splitwise um die Haushaltskosten wie Öl, Klopapier und Putzsachen zu teilen.

Me, Carmen (27) and Mariella (30) & Clemens (32) will be living with you in the shared flat. I'm studying for my Master's degree at the TU Viennq and am often at university during the day or working at home. I really appreciate the fact that we occasionally meet in the corridor or in the kitchen while cooking and chat about the day, but everyone also has their own quiet place :) I like to spend my free time doing sports or drinking coffee with friends and I also love baking :)
About Mariella and Clemens: They live together in a room and will become parents in May, which is why they will be moving into their own flat in March. Mariella is currently on educational leave and is training to become a psychotherapist. Clemens works in youth work and both are very relaxed.
I would call our flat share a feel-good flat share, where respectful behaviour and cleanliness are very important. We have a cleaning plan where someone is responsible for tidying up the flat every week - this has always worked very well so far. Otherwise, we use Splitwise to share household costs such as oil, toilet paper and cleaning materials.
