Zentrale 3er WG im 9. sucht einen neuen Hauptmieter

Besser kann die Lage der WG gar nicht sein. Die WG befindet sich direkt hinter der Votivkirche, fußläufig von der U Bahn Station Schottentor. 2 min entfernt befinden sich noch die Bim Stationen Landesgerichtsstraße und Schwarzspanierstraße. Die verschiedenen Supermärkte wie Billa, Spar und Interspar sind binnen kürzester Zeit zu erreichen. Bei gutem Wetter ist man innerhalb von 10 min zu Fuß beim Rathaus, da die WG direkt am 8. und 1. Bezirk angrenzt.

The location of the shared flat couldn't be better. The flat share is located directly behind the Votivkirche, within walking distance of the Schottentor underground station. The streetcar stations Landesgerichtsstraße and Schwarzspanierstraße are 2 minutes away. Various supermarkets such as Billa, Spar and Interspar can be reached within a very short time. In good weather you can walk to the town hall within 10 minutes, as the flat share is directly adjacent to the 8th and 1st districts.

Zurzeit leben Patrick, Lucca und Hui in der WG. Leider zieht unser Mitbewohner Patrick, ebenso Hauptmieter, aus unserer WG aus, weshalb wir jetzt auf der Suche nach einem neuen Mitbewohner und Hauptmieter sind. Aber erstmal ein bisschen zu uns:
Lucca(m) ist 27 Jahre alt und studiert derzeit Bauingenieurwesen an der TU. Er kommt ursprünglich aus Brasilien, lebt aber schon einige Jahre in Wien. In seiner Freizeit findest du Lucca oft beim Padle Tennis, Bars, oder sonstigen Veranstaltungen in Wien. Im Winter geht er auch gerne bei jeder Gelegenheit Snowboarden. Da Lucca Papa einer Hündin ist, gesellt sich ab und zu auch eine kleine, süße Dreibeinerin zu uns: die Hündin Luna. 🐶Leider eher selten der Fall.
Hui(w) ist 25 Jahre alt und studiert Marketing im Master an der Wu. Sie kommt ursprünglich aus der schönsten Stadt Deutschlands Hamburg, also ein echtes Nordlicht. Da sie noch nicht so lange in Wien wohnt, entdeckt sie in Ihrer Freizeit gerne alle möglichen Cafes, Bars, und Clubs in Wien. Ansonsten ist sie die Köchin der WG. Lucca beschwert sich öfters mal, dass es schwierig sei mit mir zusammenzuleben, weil ihr Essen so gut riecht. Du kannst gerne was davon abhaben, wenn du die Schärfe verträgst. 🔥
Wir suchen eine/n neue/n Mitbewohner/in, der/die sich gerne in die WG einbringt und ab und zu Lust auf einen gemeinsamen WG-Abend hat. Um die WG sauber zu halten, halten wir uns so gut wie möglich an unseren wöchentlichen Putzplan. Ansonsten freuen wir uns auf einen gelegentlichen Plausch im Wohnzimmer oder in der Küche, verstehen aber auch wenn man sich im Zimmer zurückziehen möchte. ☺️

Patrick, Lucca and Hui are currently living in the shared flat. Unfortunately, our flatmate Patrick, who is also the main tenant, is moving out of our shared flat, which is why we are now looking for a new flatmate and main tenant. But first a bit about us:
Lucca(m) is 27 years old and is currently studying civil engineering at the TU. He is originally from Brazil, but has been living in Vienna for several years. In his free time, you can often find Lucca playing paddle tennis, in bars or at other events in Vienna. In winter, he also likes to go snowboarding at every opportunity. As Lucca is the father of a dog, he is occasionally joined by a cute little three-legged friend: Luna. 🐶 Unfortunately, this is rarely the case.
Hui(f) is 25 years old and is studying for a master's degree in marketing at Wu. She originally comes from the most beautiful city in Germany, Hamburg, so she's a real northern light. Since she hasn't lived in Vienna that long, she likes to discover all kinds of cafes, bars and clubs in Vienna in her free time. She is also the cook of the shared flat. Lucca often complains that it's difficult to live with her because her food smells so good. You're welcome to have some if you can handle the spiciness. 🔥
We are looking for a new flatmate who would like to get involved in the flat share and would like to spend an evening together from time to time. To keep the flat clean, we stick to our weekly cleaning schedule as much as possible. Otherwise, we look forward to an occasional chat in the living room or kitchen, but also understand if you want to retreat to your room. ☺️

Das Zimmer kann idealerweise ab dem 15.04. bezogen werden. Im Notfall wäre auch ein Einzug ab dem 01.04. oder 01.05. möglich. Wie bereits vorher erwähnt suchen wir momentan nach einer/m neue/n Hauptmieter/in, da Patrick als Hauptmieter auszieht. Bedingung dafür wäre entweder 2800€ netto zu verdienen oder einen Bürgen für die Gesamtmiete von 1400€ zu haben. Falls du dazu nicht bereit wärst, bitten wir dich, von einer Anfrage abzusehen. Ansonsten können von Patrick noch Möbel übernommen werden. Diese können wir dir gerne bei Interesse auf Anfrage als Foto schicken. 😊

Ideally, the room can be occupied from April 15. Otherwise, it would also be possible to move in from 01.04. or 01.05. As previously mentioned, we are currently looking for a new main tenant, as Patrick is moving out as the main tenant. The condition for this would be either to earn 2800€ net or to have a guarantor. If you are not willing to do this, please refrain from making an inquiry. Otherwise, furniture can be taken over from Patrick. If you are interested, we can send you a photo on request. 😊
