We're looking for a new flatmate to join us in our WG from 24 April 2024/early May 2024.
Room size: 25 m2
Rent: ~EUR 600 per month (including rent, gas, electricity, internet and building maintenance)
Deposit ("Kaution"): EUR 1200
Furniture transfer fee ("Abloese"): EUR 650
The furniture being handed over includes everything shown in the pictures (excluding the mattress, stationary bike and humidifier) and other furniture/appliances purchased for the flat (shelves, dish cupboard, dining table, dishwasher, microwave oven, vacuum cleaner, etc.).

The WG is located in the 9th district and is well-connected with the U6 Waehringer Strasse-Volksoper 2 min away on foot and several tram stations nearby. We're ~15 min away by public transport from Schottentor. There are plenty of grocery stores and restaurants close by as well including a Billa 1 min away for emergency shopping.
The WG is communal (not a "Zweck WG") and you'll be living with two lovely flatmates. Laura is from France and is currently working at the UN and Marko is a social worker from Serbia. Both of them are huge movie buffs. The kitchen is often a place for conversation in the flat about pretty much everything, and we occasionally have dinners/brunches together. We also respect each other's boundaries and quiet/private time.
