Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Sobieskiplatz und hat den Vorteil, extreme Ruhe zu genießen und im Sommer wahnsinnig runtergekühlt zu sein. Obwohl wir nur 4 Minuten von der U6 Station Währingerstraße Volksoper wohnen, hört man den Gürtel gar nicht. Die Straße ist eine Einbahnstraße und deshalb auch sehr ruhig.

- U6 Währinger Straße-Volksoper (4 Gehminuten)
- diverse Bim- und Buslinien bei der U6 Station
- 37/38 Bim (Richtung Schottentor) (4 Gehminuten)
- 5er/33er Bim (ca. 5 Gehminuten)
- U4 Friedensbrücke (ca 15. Gehminuten)

Einkaufsmöglichkeiten:
- direkt in der U6-Station ist ein Billa, was absolut genial ist, weil man einfach immer noch schnell was holen kann beim Heimfahren oder wenn man wo hinfährt
- zweiter Billa 3 Querstraßen weiter (ca. 7 Gehminuten)
- zwei Hofer in Gehnähe auf der Nussdorfer Straße (ca. 10 Gehminuten)
- Spar Gourmet (ca. 5 Gehminuten)
- Bipa (ca. 5 Gehminuten)
- Trafik (ca. 5 Gehminuten)

The flat is directly located next to Sobieskiplatz, a cute calm place to hang out in the afternoon to read a book or in the evening to have dinner or enjoy a drink. The location of the flat is extremly quiet, the street next to the house is a one-way street so there are not many cars passing by. Another advantage is that the flat cools down a lot in the summertime. Even though the flat is located only 4 minutes by foot to the next subway station, there's no noise coming from that as well.

Public transport:
- U6 Währinger Straße-Volksoper (4 minutes walk)
- diverse tramway and busstations at the U6 Station
- 37/38 tramway (toSchottentor) (4 minutes walk)
- 5/33 tramway (ca. 5 minutes walk)
- U4 Friedensbrücke (ca 15 minutes walk)

Shopping:
- there's a Billa located in the subway station of U6 which is super handy
- second Billa 3 blocks around (ca. 7 minutes walk)

Du wirst mit meiner Mitbewohnerin Kat zusammenleben. Sie macht gerade ihren Master in Geophysik an der TU Wien.

In der Wohnung haben bisher ausschließlich vegane/vegetarische Leute gewohnt und es wär super wenn du diese Tradition weiterführen würdest :)

Ansonsten wird die Wohnung sehr sauber und ordentlich gehalten, wäre also super wenn du dich damit identifizieren kannst.

You will be living with my flatmate Kat (26), who is currently studying her masters degree in Geophysics.

The flat has always had people who are vegan/vegetarian living in it, so ideally you would be willing to keep it this tradition :)

Die kosten für ein Monat belaufen sich auf 524,00 € (wie oben angegeben). Da ich ja insgesamt jemand für 6 Wochen suche, wären es dann insgesamt 786,00 €.

Die Wohnung ist so unglaublich schön und groß, ich glaube die Fotos sprechen für sich selbst. Ich liebe die große Küche so sehr und du kannst dich auch über einen Kaffeevollautomaten freuen :D

Du kannst jederzeit vorbeikommen und dir die Wohnung anschauen! Ansonsten können wir auch gerne telefonieren, meld dich einfach! :)

In total, the rent is 524,00 € per month, 'cold rent'. So for your 6-week stay it would be 786,00 €. You will only need to take care of the 'cold rent', I will pay the bills :)

The flat is so beautiful, I think the pictures speak for themselves. I love the huge kitchen area and you can also look forward to a full automatic coffee maker :D
