ich suche eine*n Nachmieter*in für mein großes Zimmer in einer sehr schönen WG im 9. Bezirk.
Das Zimmer ist circa 24m2 groß und ist voll ausgestattet (Bett, 2 Kommoden, Couch, Vorhänge, Nachttisch). Die Möbel würde ich gerne im Zimmer lassen, da ich diese in meiner neuen Wohnung nicht brauche. Ablöse insgesamt 550€.
Die Decken sind sehr hoch und das Zimmer daher sehr groß und geräumig. Der Boden hat den Altbaucharme mit Fischgrätparkettboden, die Fenster sind nach Westen (zur Nußdorfer Straße) ausgerichtet und das Zimmer is daher sehr hell.
Ablöse verhandelbar.

I am looking for a new tenant for my large room in a very nice shared flat in the 9th district.
The room is about 24m2 and is fully furnished (Bed, 2 chests of drawers, couch, curtains, bedside table). I would like to leave the furniture in the room as I don't need it in my new apartment. Total transfer price 550€.
The ceilings are very high and the room is therefore very large and spacious. The floor has the charm of an old building with herringbone parquet flooring, the windows face west (to Nußdorfer Straße) and the room is therefore very bright.
Die Lage der Wohnung ist wirklich top!
Direkt vor der Tür fahren 37, 38, 40A Richtung Schottentor (Universität Wien), die 5er (Westbahnhof/Praterstern), 33er.
Die U6-Stationen Währinger Straße/Volksoper & Nußdorfer Straße sind ca. 7-10 Gehminuten entfernt, ebenso die U4-Station Friedensbrücke.
In der Nähe gibt es viele Supermärkte: Hofer, Billa, Spar, BIPA, dm.
Am Wochenende rettet dich der Billa am Franz-Josef-Bahnhof, der täglich bis 22 Uhr geöffnet hat. Ebenso bist du direkt am Donaukanal.

The location of the apartment is really great!
Directly in front of the door are the 37, 38, 40A towards Schottentor (University of Vienna), the 5 (Westbahnhof/Praterstern), 33.
The U6 stations Währinger Straße/Volksoper & Nußdorfer Straße are approx. 7-10 minutes' walk away, as is the U4 station Friedensbrücke.
There are many supermarkets nearby: Hofer, Billa, Spar, BIPA, dm.
At the weekend, the Billa supermarket at Franz-Josef-Bahnhof is open daily until 10 pm. You are also right on the Danube Canal.

ich wohne mit drei wirklich super lieben Mädels zusammen!
Du wirst mit Barbora (29), Kati (28) und Meli (26) in dieser tollen Wohnung leben, die bereits seit 3,5 Jahren in dieser Konstellation zusammenwohnen. Barbora und Kati haben BWL studiert und sind nun im Finanz- und Personalbereich tätig und Meli ist Krankenschwester.
Das WG-Leben ist sehr entspannt und keine Zweck-WG. Gerne wird zusammen gekocht, geplaudert und Spieleabende gibt's auch. Wir legen sehr viel Wert auf Sauberkeit und Ordnung und haben deswegen einen Putzplan (1x die Woche putzt jemand).

I live with three really lovely girls!
You'll be living in this great apartment with Barbora, Kati and Meli, who have already been living together in this constellation for 3.5 years. Barbora and Kati studied business administration and now work in finance and human resources, while Meli is a nurse.
Life in the flat share is very relaxed and not a functional flat share. We like to cook together, chat and have games evenings. We attach great importance to cleanliness and tidiness and therefore have a cleaning schedule (someone cleans once a week).
KOSTEN: Angegebene Miete ist WARMMIETE (d.h. alle Kosten, wie. Strom, Gas, Versicherung, Internet sind dabei)!
Ideales Einzugsdatum wäre der 01.05., spätestens 15.05. (wir finden sicher für alles eine Lösung)
