Your room is on the quiet side of the apartment. The walls are 3.5 meters high. Your window faces the courtyard, and the birds chirp happily inside. :)
The room will be available from mid may (the earlier the better) untill the end of July (31st) when the flat contract is ending.
There are several power outlets available, and there's already a custom-made loft bed with a ladder that can be hooked in and out. (There are also power outlets upstairs.) The apartment is located in a residential building directly behind the Votivkirche.
The 100m2 apartment has a large, wide hallway with a couch and a larger fold-out table. In the kitchen, there's a gas oven and 4 gas burners. There's an air fryer, microwave, toaster, kettle, and a rather small fridge with a freezer compartment. The bathroom and toilet are separate, and there's a bathtub. Additionally, there are windows in both the bathroom & toilet, as well as in the hallway, facing a light well.
The top location is one of the best features of the apartment. It is located directly behind the Votive Church in the 9th district and when you step out of the apartment building you can see it immediately.
2 minutes walk away is Schwarspanierstrasse & Landesgerichtsstrasse, where tram lines 43, 44, 37, 38, 40, 41 & 42 connect. The Schottentor station with the U2 and tram lines: D, 1er, 2er, 43, 44, 37, 38, 40, 41, 42 and the bus 1A is only 7 minutes away. The 13A bus and the 5 and 33 tram lines are also within a 10-minute walk.
A Billa & Bipa are only 5 minutes away and DM and Hofer are only 10 minutes. There is also a sweet health food store right outside the front door with daily menus of homemade casseroles and cakes. A tobacco shop is directly opposite.
Various university buildings of the University of Vienna can be reached within 5-10 minutes on foot.
Even at night, some Würstel stands are open and there is a very large selection of restaurants and cafes for delivery services.

Also, I'm a very emotional person, and respectful and considerate interactions mean a lot to me. I think it's especially important to see the shared space of the apartment as just that, shared, and to give each other some slack when someone isn't feeling so great
It's very important to us that everyone in the flat feels comfortable and appreciated. Also, it's not a purpose-driven flat, and it's important to us that we all get along.
I (Dex) have an 8-year-old cat whom I adopted 3 years ago. His name is Fighter, and he looooooves people. He's extremely affectionate and very, very curious, so it would be best if you're okay with letting him into your room. Of course, I take full responsibility for him and cover all costs. Sometimes I might ask if you could feed him if you happen to be home. :)
Also, it might be possible for you to stay in the room longer, depending on how things go.
