Aufgrund eines Auslandsaufenthaltes, vermiete ich ein sehr schönes Zimmer mit vielen Blumen ( 20 m2) plus eigenes Badezimmer in meiner super schöne Wohnung im 9. Als Stadtwohnung hat die Wohnung gut isolierte große Altbaufenster und ist relativ ruhig. Super Aussicht und die Wohnung ist immer hell.
Die Wohnung ist eine Nichtraucherwohnung und wird mit einer sehr lieben PhD Forscherin in Politikwissenschaften geteilt, die gerade sehr konzentriert an ihrer Dissertation arbeitet.
Die Wohnung liegt zentral (10 Min. Gehweg zum Ring) bei der U-Bahn Station Friedensbrücke. Die Straßenbahnlinien, D-Wagen, 5er und 33er sind vor der Haustür. Die Wohnung ist in sehr gutem Zustand, jedoch auch sehr gross und Altbau, sprich sie bedarf gewisser Aufmerksamkeit um sie sauber zu halten.
Kosten Periode Gesamt: 1.420.- + Kaution
Es gibt die Möglichkeit auch schon ab Juli ein anderes Zimmer in der Wohnung zu mieten und dann am 06.08 zu wechseln.

We are looking for an open-minded person who also needs tranquility to focus, to study, research. This is a non smoking apartment . Your room will be fully furnished. You will share the apartment with a sweet PhD researcher in political science who is very focused on her research right now. We are looking for a calm, respectful and kind person who also likes plants.

The apartment is in top location ( a 10 minutes walk to the inner city). In front of the door there is the d-line, the tram number 5 and 33 and the metro stop Friedensbrücke (U4).
total costs for the whole period: 1.420.- + deposit
There is the possibility to also rent another room already from juli on in the same apartment and then change to this room.
