Ich suche Mieter für ein 30 großes Zimmer in einer 4erWG in einer 130m großen Wohnung. Die Wohnung befindet sich bei der U6 Station Alser Straße und man ist zu Fuß in 12 min beim schottentor
und der Uni Wien. Es gibt 4 getrennt begehbare Zimmer und eine große Küche.
Alles Zimmer sind komplett möbliert mit hochwertigen Möbeln. Die Wohnung befindet sich im ersten Stock, und ist sehr hell. Im Winter ist es nicht zu kühl und im Sommer nicht zu heiß.

The biggest room with 30 square meters is available for one or two persons.All rooms are furnished with quality furniture. Bedlinen and towel and all kitchen utensils are provided. The price includes also electricity, gas and internet.Short term or long term rent possible. The metro U6 Alser Straße is right across the street. The tram 43 is also 2 min away an it takes you 10 min to the main university of Vienna.
