Ich suche einen Mieter für ein Zimmer in einer 130m große Wohnung. Die Wohnung befindet sich bei der U6 Station Alser Straße und man ist zu Fuß in 12 min beim schottentor
und der Uni Wien.
Ich möchten die Möbel für das Zimmer ändern: das weiße Bett kommt weg und es wird ein modernes Bett geben( siehe letztes Foto). Weiters werde ich einen Schreibtisch im das Zimmer stellen.
Es gibt 4 getrennt begehbare Zimmer und eine große Küche.
Alles Zimmer sind komplett möbliert mit hochwertigen Möbeln. Ein Schreibtisch mit Sessel ist auch vorhanden, falls er gebraucht wird. Zwei Zimmer sind noch verfügbar. Die Wohnung befindet sich im ersten Stock, und ist sehr hell. Im Winter ist es nicht zu kühl und im Sommer nicht zu heiß. Die Fenster sind außerdem mit 4 fach Isolierverglasung, das heißt man hört überhaupt keinen Lärm.

I'm renting out rooms in my flat, which is 130m big. There are four rooms, two rooms are available.All rooms are furnished with quality furniture. Bedlinen and towel and all kitchen utensils are provided. The price includes also electricity, gas and internet.Short term or long term rent possible. The metro U6 Alser Straße is right across the street. The tram 43 is also 2 min away an it takes you 10 min to the main university of Vienna. The windows are with double glas, so you can not here any noise from the outside.
