ein Zimmer zu vermieten, mit großem Bett und Tisch möbliert, großräumig, neu, ruhige Lage zum Innenhof hin! zentral und mit Zugang zu allen Öffis!
Es gibt allerdings eine Einschränkung, daher so günstig: es ist eine 2,5 Zimmer Wohnung mit Wohnküche und ich würde in der Wohnküche wohnen, sprich man müsste sich mit der Situation zusammen arrangieren... bitte nur melden, wenn das in Frage kommt. LG

room to rent. your room has a huge bed, a desk and a wardrobe. all pretty neat and the windows are in the direction of a inner court yards, so it's super calm. it's a pretty new flat, so everything works and you will feel comfortable. also, there is access to all public transportation.
there is a BUT though, that's why this price.. it's a flat with a living room combined with a kitchen and that's where I would sleep, meaning, we would somehow need to arrange with that situation.
sehr gute Anbindung: 5 Min U6 Nußdorfer Spraße, 5 Min U4/U6 Spittelau und diverse Straßenbahnen :)
Franz-Jospehs-Bahnhof auch in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.
