Hi everybody, I am Gianmichele. I am leaving my room for the summer and I am searching for someone to take it for next two months.
The room (in the picture is Zimmer3) is quite big, it has two big windows, a couch a single bed, a double mattress (in case of need), a big couch and a desk. Some of my stuff (mainly books and clothes) is still there but the is completely available. In the apartment there are other 3 rooms, two bathrooms and the kitchen. We have also a dishwasher and and a washing machine.
Our apartment is quite central, it takes 5 min to get to Votivkirche and Schottentor, about 8 min to get to Rossauer Lände U4 stop. Tram and buses are just down the street.
I live together with Franzi and Laura and with two dogs (Priya and Meelo). However, I think that for the months of August and September the apartment will not be so busy as usual.
I am offering the room for just two months, so I will make the price negotiable for those who are interested. If you have any other questions, you can contact me directly. Byee!
