Hi! We are Paulo and Dorothea, we are looking for a new flatmate since ours is moving to Graz, because of a new job he got there.
The flat has a kitchen, a WC, a bathroom and three bedrooms. The kitchen is fully equiped and there is also a washmaschine.
The availabe room window goes to the inside of the building, therefore it is quiet and tranquil. The flat is Altbau, so the walls are thick and you can barely hear one another, meaning you can be relatively loud till late at night without having to worry.
The location is super convenient, just five minutes away from the tram stations 5 and 33, 5 minutes away form Währingerstraße and 10 minutes from the U-bahn station Friedensbrücke.
About us: I'm a 26 years old musician doing my masters degree, I'm a piano player but you will almost never hear me play since I practice at the uni or with headphones.
Dorothea is 20 and she studies Musikwissenschanft at the Uni Wien.
We like to cook and hangout but private space and time for each one of us is also very important :)
We are also very clean and we follow a Putzplan.
Pets could be allowed.

There is also a Billa that is open till 22 o'clock everyday just five minutes away by foot.
