Hallo!
Unsere WG sucht eine*n Zwischenmieter*in von Mitte Februar bis Ende September (auch kürzer oder eventuell verlängerbar).
Das Zimmer ist 12qm groß, mit Fischgrätenparkett und befindet sich im Innenhof, wie die gesamte Wohnung (beide Seiten Richtung 2 Innenhöfe).
Es ist komplett möbliert (Bett, Schrank, Schreibtisch) und hat ein paar Pflanzen.
Die 3er WG liegt im 3. Stock eines 92qm Altbaus im 9. Bezirk und ist sehr gut angebunden.
In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich die Straßenbahnen 37, 38 und D sowie die U4 und U6 innerhalb von 5 Gehminuten. Billa, Bipa, Hofer und Spar sind sehr schnell zu erreichen.
Die Miete beträgt 365 Euro inklusive W-Lan, Nebenkosten etc.; die Kaution ist eine Monatsmiete.
In der WG würden mit dir wohnen
Kaisa (31 Jahre, Berufstätig, Masterstudentin Kultur- und Sozialanthropologie) und Taric (28, Berufstätig). Kaisa ist vor ca. 5 Jahren aus Finnland nach Wien gezogen, Taric ist vor 8 Jahren aus Deutschland hergezogen und hat Psychologie studiert. Nun ist er Web Developer in einer Digitalagentur.
In unserer WG schätzen wir vor allem Gemütlichkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und Flexibilität. In unserer Freizeit gehen wir mehr oder weniger regelmäßig gemeinsam ins Theater, spielen Billiard, kochen oder reden über Gott und die Welt.
Generell suchen wir eine offene und entspannte Person, die mit uns gerne zusammen ist und andersrum.
Erasmusstudierende sind herzlich willkommen.

Hello!
We are looking for a new roommate from the mid of February to the end of september (shorter or longer stay might be possible).
The room is 12 square meters, with parquet and is located in the courtyard.
It is fully furnished (bed, closet, desk) and has a few plants.
The flat (92sqm) is near the University of Vienna in the 9th district.
You can reach the trams 37, 38 and D by feet, as well as the metros U4 and U6.
Billa, Bipa, Hofer and Spar are just around the corner.
The rent is 365 euros including Wi-Fi, additional costs, etc.; the deposit is one month's rent.
The two roommates are Kaisa (31 years, working at the University of Vienna and finishing her Master's in social sciences) and Taric (28 years, Web developer). Kaisa moved to Vienna from Finland around 5 years ago and Taric used to live in Germany before he started his psychology studies 8 years ago.
In our shared everyday life we value especially a cosy atmosphere, reliability and flexibility.
Pretty regularly we go together to see a play or a film, play billiard, cook and talk about whatever comes to our mind.
We are looking for a relaxed and open-minded person who likes hanging out with us and vice versa.
