Harmonie-WG sucht nice Mitbewohner*in nähe Hauptuni

This WG has a supreme location. The two closest Bahn-stations are Schottentor and Rossauer Lände but you'll also find various other public transport within 3-5 min walking. Walking to the Hauptuni only takes you 10 min. However also if you study at the TU, it is only 15 min by bike, and the ring road is quite close from where you get to pretty much any place within the inner city. The danube-canal is quite near, where I usually like to go for a walk, however also Liechtensteinpark, Votivpark as well as the old AKH campus offer some green spaces nearby. To the Danube it is only 20min by bike too! Also, if you like going out and clubbing, you will find that a lot of cool locations that are really close.

At the Bauernfeldplatz, only 2 min from the WG, you will find the Bus 40A, as well as the tram line D. Also, we are located right between metro lines U2 (Schottentor) and U4 (Rossauer Lände) and to reach either of those it is also under 10 minutes by foot.

Our WG is quite large and despite lots of people asking how long we have to wait for a shower with only one in the house and seven people, it rarely ever happens that you have to wait. We have two toilets (one of which looks like in a club but cleaner), a washing room as well as two storage spaces. Our kitchen is also not the biggest, but we have three fridges and more than enough of storage for everyone. The heart of our WG, the cozy living room, is where we meet for sharing meals, coffees and other nice things!

We are a WG that truly values our time spent together and therefore it is very important for us that you will fit well into our big patchwork family. We spend a lot of time together doing various activities like cooking, drinking, partying, drinking, doing sports, hanging out at the Danube, or just having a cozy evening in front of our Beamer setup (very pandemic friendly way to kill time). We do a lot together, still we always respect a closed door and when someone is having a hard time due to whatever, we care and cook for each other, and leave that person space. Also, there is no expectation to always do something together, it is more an invitation for the people who feel like it and if you don't it's also fine.

Pauline (25) is a Dutch philosophy student. She is (so far) the only good singer and guitarist/ pianist in the flat. Pauline always shines colorful and will surprise you with her versatility. She is always up for fun, trying out something new, and good conversations. She is such an open and lovely person that when she starts her day, you never know who she is going to meet and where she will end up, which always makes up for good stories. Some Sundays the cleaning bug bites her, and she takes care of the whole flat, which is super nice for all of us.

Elias (23), who escaped the black forest in southern Germany in order to escape the horrendous dialect spoken there, is the kind of person who went to the WG casting with a bottle of wine - and sure as that he was accepted (you can learn from that ;)) Even though all people in our flat are quite the creative types I consider Elias as probably the one most interested in culture and stuff, as he is every week on some sort of concert, museum, or exhibition. He is studying architecture at TU.

Joep (25), also from the Netherlands is a super fun guy who always is up for a game of darts, chess, volleyball, or anything wherever he can either stomp his oponent or make a fool out of himself. He is the kind of person who can go from telling a wild story of how he just encountered Justin Timberlake in a bar and beat him at a game of Billards, to telling you the deep meaning of life on this planet and then to some weird economic maths within 1 minute. He is managing a stand at the Weihnachtsmarkt this winter.

Muska (26) is from Nuremberg, Germany but also with international roots, is the literal heart of the WG. Whether it is her sweet baking skills, her costly but beatifuly flower-buying-addiction, or just her warm and loving manner - she makes the flat feel like a real home. She is also quite the cultured woman attending lots of classical concerts, where she sometimes even gets free tickets from our 80 year old upstairs neighbor who also cuts her hair. She is studying a masters in political science at the Hauptuni.

Dario (26) is the newest in the flat. He is from Grat and moved in in October but it feels like he has always been part of us. He studies sustainable business and just started a new job in a sustainable business agency. He enjoys watching football with Joep and cooks very good Chili sin Carne. Also, his darts game is quite on point and when chilling with him in the living room, good conversations always come up.

And last but not least we have Tabea. Tabea is from Freiburg in Germany and only here for an Erasmus as long as Lorenz is in Copenhagen for his Erasmus. As Tabea will be leaving in February and Lorenz will come back, I'll introduce both of them quickly:
Tabea (26) studies social work at the Hauptuni and works in a restaurant. Hanging out with her is amazing because she is always up for a good laugh and knows how to cook for a big group of people. She enjoys techno music and DJing but also has a good mediation and yoga routine in the mornings.
Lorenz (26) is also from Germany and currently doing his Erasmus in Copenhagen. He studies cultural and social anthropology and is specialising on digital, visual, artsy anthropology. Also, he studies the art of endurance when biking. He for example biked from Vienna to Berlin in only three days. He is the sportiest in the flat and also the one who eats most, so eating competitions with him are not fun. Everything else is, though.
