I am looking for someone to take over my 10 sqm room with high ceilings in a lovely shared flat with three fantastic roommates. The room is available as of mid-December (flexible). Rent is 285 euros per month without charges. You would only share your spacious bathroom with one other person, as we have two bathrooms. The room has an incredibly high ceiling which gives it a lot of space. I am looking for someone to buy off my furniture (bed, desk, and more if interested - the bed has two huge drawers for storage). If you’re interested, please write me a short description of yourself and the dates in which you would like to move in.
The flat is located in the 9th district, in Wasagasse - very close to the first district. It is less than 7 minutes by foot to Shottentor, 5 minutes to tram D, 38, 39, 40, 41, 42 and 10 minutes away from U4 (Roßauer Lände) and many building of Vienna University. It is less than 5 minutes away from the closest supermarket, BIPA, or pharmacy.
You would be living with Elena, Leonie and Rodrigo. Although I mainly speak English, they speak English and German. Elena studies and work, and is always active around the house. Leonie is finishing her (second!) masters at the University of Vienna and always has great ideas and tips on what to do around Vienna. Rodrigo works and enjoys photography, as well as cooking some good Brazilian dishes. We like to hangout and watch a movie together, play board games, cook together or go out for drinks once in a while.
Moving in is flexible but desired mid December, before Christmas holidays.
