Ich bin von Januar bis August im Ausland und suche daher jemanden, der für ein halbes Jahr in diese Zimmer möchte :)
Das Zimmer hat ein zwei große Fenster mit Blick auf die Straße und ist ca. 23m2 groß. Da die Wohnung im 3. Stockwerk (Lift verfügbar) ist und das Zimmer Richtung Süden ausgerichtet ist, ist es tagsüber immer sehr hell.

Das Zimmer wird vollmöbliert übergeben. Zur Verfügung stehen dir das Bett (inklusive Matratze (160x200), der Kleiderschrank und eine Kommode, Schreibtisch usw.
I will be abroad from January to August and am therefore looking for someone who would like to rent this room for six months :) The room has two large windows overlooking the street and is approximately 23m2 in size. Since the apartment is on the 3rd floor (elevator available) and the room is facing south, it is always very bright during the day.
Your Room
The room will be fully furnished. You will have access to the bed (including mattress, 160x200), the wardrobe, a chest of drawers, a desk, and more.
Die Lage der Wohnung ist mehr als perfekt: Die U-Bahnstation Währingerstraße/Volksoper (U6) ist nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Direkt um die Ecke ist die Haltestelle für die Straßenbahnen 37, 38, 5, 33 und die Bushaltestelle des 40A. Außerdem ist in unmittelbarer Nähe ein Spar (Markthalle), ein Hofer, ein Billa, ein Bipa, eine Apotheke, eine Postfiliale und diverse Banken. Generell ist die Gegend geprägt von einem netten Ambiente mit vielen Cafès/Bars, guten Restaurants, und dem Palais Liechtenstein
gleich ums Eck.
FHW der WKW: 5 Minuten Fußweg
Hauptuni: 15-20 Minuten mit Öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel.
The location of the apartment is more than perfect: The subway station Währingerstraße/Volksoper (U6) is only a 5-minute walk away. Just around the corner, you'll find tram stops for lines 37, 38, 5, 33, and the bus stop for the 40A. Additionally, in close proximity, there's a Spar (market hall), a Hofer, a Billa, a Bipa, a pharmacy, a post office, and various banks. Generally, the area is characterized by a pleasant atmosphere with many cafes, bars, excellent restaurants, and the Palais Liechtenstein just around the corner.
FHW der WKW: 5 minutes by foot
University of Vienna (Hauptuniversität): 15-20 minutes by public transportation

Luise ist 21 Jahre alt im ersten Semester Journalismus & Medienmanagement an der FH der WKW. In ihrer Freizeit geht sie gerne auf Konzerte.
Unser WG Leben ist aus der perfekten Kombination von Quatschen auf dem Flur, gemeinsam Spritzer trinken und Zeit für einen selbst geprägt.
Eva, 20 years old, is currently in her third semester at BOKU.
Luise, who is 21 years old, is in her first semester studying Journalism & Media Management at FH der WKW. In her free time, she enjoys going to concerts.
