Das Zimmer hat 11 m2, aber der Schrank im Flur gehört dazu :) Es wird mit Hochbett, besagtem Schank, Hängestuhl und Anteil an der neuen Waschmaschine übergeben. Dafür fällt ein Abschlag von 250€ an.
The room has 11 m2, but the closet in the hallway belongs to it :) It is handed over with loft bed, said cupboard, hanging chair and share in the new washing machine. For this there is a deduction of 250€.
Die Wohnung ist super zentral direkt an der Friedensbrücke gelegen. Man ist direkt am Donaukanal, und auch schnell in der Innenstadt und an der Hauptuni. Der Billa um die Ecke hat bis 22 Uhr auf - was in Wien eine komplette Seltenheit ist und man sich leider viel zu schnell daran gewöhnt - ansonsten sind Denn's, Spar, dm, Apotheke direkt um die Ecke :)
The appartement is perfectly located in the 9th student district: next to the friendsbrücke at the Donau Kanal! There is billa, spar, and denns supermarket around the corner - highlight is the billa at Franz Josef Bahnhof because of the - for Austria - long opening hours!
Unsere 5er Wg besteht im Moment aus Eva(27) Mike(27) Johanna (25) und Manu (24) und vielleicht bald auch aus dir :)
Unser alter Hase ist Mike(-Uwe), der tollste Typ auf Erden, hat gerade seinen Master fertig gemacht und beschäftigt sich ausschließlich damit über die Menschen/Welt zu philosophieren. Abgesehen davon geht er gerne feiern, ist viel unterwegs, spielt Gitarre und ist einfach ein Allround-Talent!
Johanna (25) absolviert gerade ein sechsmonatiges Praktikum im Rahmen ihres Masterstudiums. Ab März/April wird die voraussichtlich ihre Masterarbeit anfangen.
Manu studiert International Business an der Hauptuni. Legt aber lieber wo anders auf. Wenn er keine Musik macht ist er beim Sport.
Eva, 27 macht ihren PhD in Psychologie, ist viel unterwegs aber für einen Spieleabend jederzeit zu haben!
WG-Life
Our 5-person Wg consists at the moment of Eva(27) Mike(27) Johanna (25) and Manu (24) and maybe soon you :)
Our old hand is Mike(-Uwe), the greatest guy on earth, just finished his master and is exclusively busy philosophizing about people/the world. Apart from that he likes to party, is on the road a lot, plays guitar and is simply an all-round talent!
Johanna (25) is currently completing a six-month internship as part of her master's degree. She will probably start her master thesis in March/April.
Manu is studying International Business at the Hauptuni. But he prefers to DJ somewhere else. When he's not playing music, he's doing sports.
Eva, 27, is doing her PhD in Psychology, is on the road a lot but is always available for a game night!
Das Zimmer ist ab dem 15.2. Frei.
Das Zimmer hat einen Kleiderschrank auf dem Flur, deshalb +3m2 man braucht in seinem Zimmer keinen Schrank, weil der große braune auf dem Flur dazu gehört :)

The room includes the cupboard on the corridor, that's why the square meter is 3more - you don't need a cupboard in your room! :)
