Hello neue*r Mitbewohni,
beginnen wir mit ein paar hard facts zu deinem Zimmer: Es ist super ruhig, also erholsamer Schlaf garantiert. Auf circa 13-14 m2 hast du ein großes Bett, Schreibtisch, Schrank und Beistelltisch am Bett. Pinnwand ist auch schon an der Wand. Das große Fenster geht in den Innenhof, wodurch man kaum irgendwelche Geräusche hört, wenn man lüftet. Und eine fancy Lampe sorgt für genug Licht. Du kannst gern eigene Möbel mitbringen und etwas umgestalten, bis auf das Bett, das muss im Zimmer bleiben.
Im Rest der Wohnung findest du of course ein Bad - mit Badewanne, Waschmaschine und zwei Waschbecken und in einem separaten Raum natürlich die Toilette.
Uns findest du oft beim Snacken in der Küche, wo es auch Geschirrspüler, Tiefkühler und Co gibt.
In der Wohnung gibt es viel Platz zum Verstauen - eine Abstellkammer und große Einbauschränke im Flur.

let's start with some hard facts about your room: It is super quiet, so restful sleep is guaranteed. On about 13-14 m2 you have a large bed, desk, closet and side table by the bed. Pinboard is also already on the wall. The large window faces the courtyard, so you can hardly hear any noise when you air. And a fancy lamp provides enough light. You are welcome to bring your own furniture and rearrange it a bit, except for the bed, which has to stay in the room.
In the rest of the apartment you will find, who would have guessed, a bathroom - with bathtub, washing machine and two sinks and in a separate room of course the toilet.
You will often find us snacking in the kitchen, where there is also a dishwasher, freezer and co.
In the apartment there is plenty of space for storage - a storage room and large built-in wardrobes in the hallway.
Die Wohnung liegt im Alsergrund, dem 9. Bezirk von Wien. Von hier aus bist du eigentlich recht fix überall.Zum Ring sind es 20 Minuten zu Fuß, mit dem Bus in 25 Minuten an der Boku und mit U-Bahn, Bus und Straßenbahn bist du auch sonst überall recht fix.
Bezüglich Einkaufen ist auch von Aldi, Billa und Spar bis DM und BIPA alles in gemütlicher Laufdistanz.
The apartment is located in Alsergrund, the 9th district of Vienna. From here you are actually quite fast everywhere. 20 minutes walk to the Ring, by bus in 25 minutes at the Boku and by subway, bus and streetcar you are also everywhere else quite fast.
As for shopping, everything from Aldi, Billa and Spar to DM and BIPA is within easy walking distance.
Und zu guter letzt, wer wartet hier auf dich: Mariella und Josi.
Mariella (29) arbeitet bereits und startet bald eine berufsbegleitende Ausbildung, Josi (26) beginnt jetzt mit ihrer Masterarbeit und plant sie im Sommer zu beenden. Wir sind mindestens einmal die Woche dankbar für den guten Talk, den wir gerade spontan in der Küche hatten und finden auch sonst oft in der Freizeit zusammen. Diese Woche haben wir einen neuen Tanzkurs ausprobiert, ein andern Mal einen neuen Buchladen ausgecheckt. Wir essen recht ähnlich (meist vegan) und kochen daher hin und wieder zusammen und Zutaten können so auch easy geteilt werden, falls mal was fehlt/vergessen wurde beim Einkaufen.
Schreib uns gerne, falls wir cool klingen, fang doch mit deinem Lieblingsobst an und dann was du dir vom Zusammenleben erhoffst und wie du es dir vorstellst.

And last but not least, who is waiting for you here: Mariella and Josi.
Mariella (29) is already working and will soon start a part-time education, Josi (26) is now starting her master thesis and plans to finish it in summer. We are thankful at least once a week for the good talk we just had spontaneously in the kitchen and often find each other in our free time. This week we tried a new dance class, another time we checked out a new bookstore. We eat pretty similarly (mostly vegan) and therefore cook together from time to time and ingredients can be shared easily if something is missing/forgotten while shopping.
Feel free to write if we sound cool, start with your favorite fruit and then what you hope to get out of living together and how you imagine it.
