Das Zimmer ist 11 m2 groß und nicht das Hellste :D aber das macht es mit seinen Qualitäten mehr als wett.
Es kommt (fast) voll möbliert, mit Hochbett (+ einer Doppelbett-Matratze), Coach, Tisch, Schrank, Regal und Kleiderständer (Foto 1 bis 3). Zwei Wäscheständer gibt es im Flur unter der Decke (Foto 4).
Zudem ist es sehr ruhig, mit Blick auf den teils begrünten Innenhof.
The room is 11 m2 and not the brightest :D but it more than makes up for it with its qualities.
It comes (almost) fully furnished, with a bunk bed (+ a big mattress), couch, table, cupboard, shelves and clothing rack (photos 1 to 3). There are two drying racks in the hallway under the ceiling (photo 4).
It is also very quiet, with a view of the partly green inner courtyard.
Die Lage ist kurz gesagt top oder mindestens sehr gut :D.
Öffis:
Innerhalb von 5 Minuten liegen die D, 5er, 33er, U4 und der Franz Josef Bahnhof.
Läden:
Innerhalb 5 Minuten gibt es Billa (bis 22:00 offen, täglich), BIPA, Denn's, Dm, Hofer, Spar undundund.
Zum Gürtel hoch sinds zu Fuß ca 10 min, nette kleine Bars gibts schon innerhalb weniger Minuten.
Raus kommt man auch recht schnell. In 15 min mit U4 - U6 auf die Donauinsel oder mit der D oder dem Rad auf den Kahlenberg.
Zudem liegt der Kanal, der Augarten und der Lichtensteinerpark in unmittelbarer Nähe.
In short, the location is great or at least very good :D.
Public transport:
Within 5 minutes you have the D, 5, 33 trams & the U4 + the Franz Josef train station.
Shops:
Within 5 minutes there is Billa (open until 10 p.m., daily), BIPA, Denn's, Dm, Hofer, Spar and much more.
It's about a 10-minute walk to the Gurtel, but there are nice little bars within a few minutes.
You can get out pretty quickly too. In 15 minutes with U4 - U6 on the Danube island or with the D or the bike on the Kahlenberg.
In addition, the canal, the Augarten and the Lichtensteinerpark are in the immediate vicinity.
Kurz zu uns:
Wir sind Johannes (23), Eloise (26), Vitus und Martin (29). Wir sind alle mehr oder weniger fleißig am studieren (Germanistik, Mikrobio, Chemie und Zoologie) und arbeiten auch fast alle. 2 sind Sportjunkies, 2 eher nicht :P.
Generell ist die Dynamik in der WG recht familiär, wir quatschen, kochen gern zusammen aber ein jede/r hat auch seine Ruhe wenn sie/er möchte.

Briefly about us:
We are Johannes (23), Eloise (26), Vitus and Martin (29). We are all more or less busy studying (German, microbiology, chemistry and zoology) and almost everyone is work too. 2 are sports junkies, 2 not really :P.
In general, the dynamics in the flat share are quite familiar, we chat, like to cook together, but everyone can also have their own peace if they want.
