Hallo! Ein gemütliches Zimmer mit Hochbett in einer 5-er WG
Diese WG sucht eine nette Person, der den Hauptmietervertrag übernimmt!
Da ich aus Wien wegziehe, muss ich mein schöne Zimmer abgeben! Die Wohnung ist wunderschön, super gemütlich und hat richtig gute Stimmung, natürlich hats auch eine Küche, Bad, WC, Plus: Abstellraum und Keller. Die Miete deckt alle Kosten inklusive Internet. Die Kaution beträgt 1100€ und ich muss die Möbel abgeben - ich verkaufe sie für 280€ (Hochbettgestell, Matratze, Stühle, Kleiderschrank)
Meine Mitbewohner sind allesamt wunderbare, lustige, freundliche und vielseitige Wesen - wir haben Ernesto (27), der einen Master in Umweltmanagement macht, Pia (24) - Ernährung, und Nikita (24) und Anna (28), die Psychologie studieren.
Sie sind alle deutsche Muttersprachler, sprechen aber tadelloses Englisch + Spanisch, Polnisch, Russisch, Französisch und Arabisch🐝 Also alle Nationen willkommen! Wenn man Lust auf ein Späßle, Bier oder einen Plausch hat, sind sie da, aber auch wenn man seine Ruhe haben will, ist man gut aufgehoben. In dieser Wohnung gibt es eine gute Work-Life-Balance, so dass man auf jeden Fall gut studieren/arbeiten, Kontakte knüpfen und schlafen kann.
Die Wohnung ist nicht nur innen schön, sondern auch außen - super gut angebunden (U4, D, 5, 33, sobald man aus dem Gebäude tritt), umgeben von Geschäften und einem Haufen asiatischer Restaurants (besonderer Vorteil - ein Billa, der wochentags + sonntags bis 22 Uhr geöffnet hat), der schöne Donaukanal, Spitelau gleich um die Ecke (🪩) Im Grunde alles, was man sich in einer der besten Ecken Wiens wünschen kann!

Hello! A cozy room with loft bed in a 5-er WG
This WG is looking for a girl or a boy to take over the Hauptmieter contract!
As I am moving out of Vienna, I have to leave this lovely room! The apartment is beautiful, super cozy, and has really good vibes —> also has a kitchen, bathroom, toilet, storage room, and basement. The rent covers all costs including the Internet. The security deposit is 1100€ and I have to leave the furniture - selling it for 280€ (loft bed structure, mattress, chairs, wardrobe)
My flatmates are all wonderful, funny, kind, and versatile creatures - we have Ernesto (27) who is doing a Master’s in Ecology, Pia (24) - Nutrition, and Nikita (24) and Anna (28) who study Psychology.
They are all native German speakers, but speak impeccable English + Spanish, Polish, Russian, French, and Arabic🐝 So all nations welcome! If you’re up for a laugh, a beer, or a chitchat, they are there, if you want your privacy, you’re good. There is a great work-life balance in this flat, so you can definitely do your studies/work, socialize, and sleep pretty well.
The flat is not only lovely on the inside, but also on the outside - super well connected (U4, D, 5, 33 as soon as you step out of the building), surrounded by shops and a bunch of Asian restaurants (special perk - a Billa that’s open until 22h on weekdays + Sunday), the beautiful Donaucanal, Spitelau just around the corner (🪩) Basically, everything you could possibly wish for in one of the best corners of Vienna!
