*Full rent all included (gas, electricity, internet) = 460 EUR*
- Apartment: 2 bedrooms + kitchen + bathroom + entrance room
- Surface: Both our rooms are around 20qm, with plenty of space where you can pretty much store anything.
- Parks, supermarkets (Billa, Hofer, big street market), pharmacy, swimming pool (Amalienbad), all sorts of shops within walking distance. I hardly go anywhere else to shop anymore and love it. Very practical.
- U1 Reumannplatz, U1 Troststrasse, 0 tram, 6 tram etc. There is a plethora of buses and trams all within walking distance. 2 stations to Hauptbahnhof and 4 stations to Karlsplatz!
- There is a green field and Stadtwanderweg in a suburban area really close to our place (10 mins by foot), which is great for running. The 10th also has its charm!
Since my awesome flatmate is moving back home, I'm looking for a new awesome flatmate! Until now, living together went quite well for us because we place a lot of value on communication and openness. We would update each other on our schedules and do stuff together occasionally. We also have a cleaning plan to keep things in the apartment tidy, which is something I'd like to keep going with the new flatmate. As far as my current lifestyle is concerned, I can say that I havedays when I am out a lot, since I don't just study, but also work various interpreting jobs in different places in and outside of Vienna, do voluntary work and like to go out with friends. Of course there are also days where I stay in and do my work remotely. I'm quite flexible in that regard.
If you're someone who is open about their thoughts and concerns and if you value communication, we might just be the right fit! I find communication really important when living together and sharing the same spaces and I think this is what has helped my flatmate and I get along so well so far.
I'm 25 years old, originally from Romania, but living in Vienna since 2019 and finishing my Master's degree at the University of Vienna in conference interpreting. I'm a bit of a language nerd and I enjoy learning random bits of words in many languages. I am a vegetarian trying to become vegan and I really like to cook, so that's a big part of my daily life. Don't worry if you're not a vegetarian/vegan, though, it's
