ich vermiete mein Zimmer zwischen Oktober und März, da ich auf Reisen sein werde. Gerne kannst du mein vollausgestattetes Zimmer für diese Zeit übernehmen. Durch die Südlage in den Innenhof ist das Zimmer einigermaßen ruhig und sonnig, optimal für die Wintermonate.
Insgesamt bietet die WG ein großes Bad, eine kleine aber feine und überdurchschnittlich gut ausgestattete Küche, einen Vorraum sowie drei WG Zimmer.
Der Preis bezieht sich auf alle wohnbezogenen Kosten (Miete, Betriebskosten, Strom/Gas, Wlan)

i will rent my room between October and March, because i will be travelling.
The flat consists of three separatly accessible rooms, a well small equiped kitchen, a big bathroom and a anteroom. The rentable room is heading south into the courtyard, which results in a bright, calm room.
The price refers to all flat-related costs (rent, operating costs, electricity/gas, WiFi).
Unsere WG ist auf der Gurdrunstraße in einem generalsanierten Haus neben der Stadtentwicklungszone Sonnwendviertel und der Fußgängerzone auf der Favoritenstraße. Folglich finden sich in naher Umgebung viele Lokale und Geschäfte. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel (U1; Straßenbahn D, 6, 11; Bus 14A) befinden sich in 1-5 Minuten Gehdistanz. Die Nähe zum Hauptbahnhof bietet außerdem guten Anschluss an die S-Bahn und den Fernverkehr.
Mit dem Rad ist die Innenstadt, je nach genauem Ziel, in ungefähr 10 Minuten erreichbar.
Our flat is on Gurdrunstraße in a renovated house next to the Sonnwendviertel (urban development zone) and the pedestrian zone on Favoritenstraße. Consequently, there are many restaurants and shops in the vicinity. Public transport (U1; tram D, 6, 11; bus 14A) is within a 1-5 minute walking distance. The proximity to the main station also offers good connections to the S-Bahn and long-distance traffic.
By bike you can reach the inner city within 10 minutes.
Wir, Jakob, Vali und ich, leben schon mehrere Jahre zusammen. Ich würde das WG Leben als unkompliziert und offen beschreiben. Mal verbringen wir mehr, mal weniger Zeit zusammen. Wir schätzen die intimen Gespräche genauso wie unsere Freiräume.
Jakob studiert Lehramt im Master und Schauspiel. In seiner Freizeit betreibt Jakob gerne Sport und trifft Freund*innen, geht hin uns wieder auf Partys oder Kunst- und Kulturveranstaltungen.
Vali ist aktuell an keine Ausbildungs- oder Arbeitsstruktur gebunden und immer wieder mehrere Wochen nicht in Wien, da sie die Welt erkundet, sich weiterbildet und Freund*innen auf der ganzen Welt besucht.
Damit das Zusammenleben funktioniert, bitten wir dich uns ein wenig über dich zu erzählen. Sollte der erste Eindruck stimmen, würde wir uns über ein Treffen bei uns oder einen Videocall ab August freuen.
We, Jakob, Vali and I, have been living together for several years. I would describe the shared flat as uncomplicated and open. Sometimes we spend more, sometimes less time together. We appreciate the intimate conversations as much as our freedom.
Jakob is studying for a master’s degree in teaching and bachelor's degree in acting. In his free time, Jakob likes to do sports and meet friends, going to parties or art and cultural events.
Vali is currently not tied to any education or work structure in Vienna and is often away from Vienna for several weeks as she explores the world, continues her education and visits friends all over the world.
So that living together works, we ask you to tell us a little about yourself. If the first impression is right, we would be happy to meet you at our place or to make a video call with you.
