Dein 21m² Zimmer in einer teils frisch renovierten Wohnung hat 2 neue, große Fenster die zur Südseite gerichtet sind. Die Wände sind frisch geweißelt. Der Boden ist ein Parkettboden. Dein Zimmer ist unmöbliert, aber ich kann dir gerne dabei helfen Möbel zu finden.
Die Küche ist mit Gasherd, Backofen, Mikrowelle und Kühlschrank eingerichtet.
Das WC ist getrennt vom Badezimmer zugänglich.
Der Zustand des WCs wird noch geändert in den nächsten Tagen.
Durch den Flur im Eingangsbereich erreicht man das Bad, das WC und die Küche. Dein Zimmer ist durch die Küche erreichbar.
Der Preis von 500€ ist die Warmmiete. Es fallen also keine weiteren Kosten an.

Your 21m² room in a partly newly renovated apartment has 2 new, large windows facing south. The walls are freshly painted. The floor is a parquet floor. Your room is unfurnished, but I can help you find furniture.
The kitchen has a gas stove, oven, microwave and fridge.
The toilet is accessible separately from the bathroom. The condition of the toilet will be changed in the next few days.
Through the hallway in the entrance area you reach the bathroom, the toilet and the kitchen. Your room can be reached through the kitchen.

Die WG befindet sich direkt am Eingang der U1 Station Troststraße. Die Busse 65A, 66A, 68A, 68B und 7A sind in 5 minuten erreichbar.
Supermarkt, Bäckerei und Tabak Trafik sind gleich gegenüber.
Mit der U1 sind der Hauptbahnhof und Karlsplatz beide in etwa 8-12 Minuten zu erreichen.

The flat is located directly at the entrance of the U1 station Troststraße. Buses 65A, 66A, 68A, 68B and 7A can be reached within 5 minutes. Supermarket, bakery and tobacco shop are across the street.
With the U1, Hauptbahnhof and Karlsplatz can both be reached in about 8-12 minutes.

Ich bin Lauro, 18 Jahre alt und studiere Viola. Ich werde in meinem Zimmer musizieren und dadurch dass das gesamte Haus sehr musikerfreundlich ist kannst du auch musizieren. Musiker sind also willkommen.
Ein aktives Sozialleben in der Wohnung wäre wünschenswert, allerdings ist es wichtig dass wir unsere Privatsphäre gegenseitig respektieren.
Über mich: Mit mir kann man gut bei einem Getränk sitzen und über Gott und die Welt reden. Ich gehe gern fort und spiele in meiner Freizeit Tischtennis.
Bin allerdings nicht sonderlich gut mich mit Worten zu beschreiben, also wenn du denkst dass dir die WG gefallen würde kannst du mir gerne hier oder auf WhatsApp schreiben
