Room in a friendly shared-flat

Across the street is a Billa, however we also have Spar, Hofer, DM and Post all in a 5 min walking distance from the apartment. Transportation is close by as well, just a 5 minute walk to Reumannplatz or Troststraße U1 and other various Bus connections including Lines 227, 7A, 66A, N65, N67 and N68. The airport is easily reachable by metro and train (20 min). The Apartment is located in a quiet area that is not very crowded. There is a park 10 min walking distance and other bigger parks just some stations away.

Your flatmates are Ronja from Germany (30) and Kaylee from the US (23). Ronja works as a conservator at the Belvedere and Kaylee works as an English teaching assistant in the Donaustadt.
In their free time Kaylee enjoys reading, crafting, and spending time in nature and with friends, Ronja likes the outdoors for gardening (some plants are also scattered across the appartment) and sports (cycle, climb, hiking, etc.). Ronja is in a long distance relationship and spends some weekends abroad.

We’re only looking for applicants 24 or older. Ideally you are a calm and open minded person (no parties in the flat), who likes social activities among the flatmates. We would like to keep a friendly vibe in the flat, sometimes eat together and chat. It is highly important that you take care of the shared spaces and clean after yourself. We have a schedule for cleaning the kitchen, toilet and bathroom. If you are a messy person, please don’t answer to the offer.

Möbliertes Zimmer im 6. OG mit Loggia und Aufzug (frei ab spät Juni)
Das Zimmer kostet insgesamt 575 Euro im Monat inklusive (Wasser, Gas, Heizung) und 11€ für das Internet monatlich.
Dein Zimmer ist 27m2 groß und hell. Das Zimmer ist bereits möbliert (Bett, Arbeitstisch, Kommoden, Sofa, Regal...) , und du musst nichts dazu bezahlen, um die abzulösen! Da die Wohnung vor ein paar Jahren frisch renoviert wurde, zeichnet sie sich durch lärmschützende Fenster und dicke Wände aus. Du kannst also eine ruhige, private Atmosphäre in deinem Zimmer genießen.
Wohnung: Es gibt ein separates WC und Bad, einen kleinen Abstellraum für Mäntel, Staubsauger und andere Utensilien. Wir haben einen Geschirrspüler, eine Waschmaschine, einen Wasserkocher, etc. Wir wohnen im 6. Stock und das Gebäude hat einen Aufzug. Wir haben auch einen Innenhof, wo man Fahrräder abstellen kann.

Auf der anderen Straßenseite ist ein Billa, sowie Spar, Hofer, DM, Post in einem 5 min Fußweg entfernt. Verkehrsanbindung gibt es ebenfalls in der Nähe, nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß zum Reumannplatz oder Troststraße U1 und verschiedene Busverbindungen wie die Linien 227, 7A, 66A, N65, N67 und N68. Der Flughafen ist mit der U-Bahn und dem Zug (20 min) gut zu erreichen und wir wohnen in einer ruhigen Gegend. In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es auch ein aktives Zentrum mit einem Gemüsemarkt, bei dem man frisches, billiges und regionales Obst und Gemüse kaufen kann.

Deine Mitbewohnerinnen sind Ronja (30) und Kaylee (24). Ronja arbeitet als Restauratorin am Belvedere und Kaylee ist Lehrerin.
