Die Wohnung ist eine charmante Zwei-Zimmer-Altbau-Wohnung mit klassischen hohen Wänden und schönem Fischgrätenboden in den Zimmern. Alle Zimmer der Wohnung sind getrennt begehbar.
Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was das Herz begehrt (inkl. Geschirrspüler). Gerne kannst du aber auch noch deine Sachen mitnehmen.
Im neu sanierten Bad steht dir einerseits eine Dusche und andererseits eine Badewanne zur vollkommenen Entspannung zur Verfügung. Auch die Waschmaschine kannst du gerne nutzen.
Dein Zimmer ist frisch ausgemalt, hat ebenfalls einen wunderschönen Fischgräten Pakettboden und ist derzeit mit einem großen Kleiderschrank bestückt. Du kannst entweder deine eigenen Möbel mitbringen, oder wir können dir auch ein Bett und einen Schreibtisch zur Verfügung stellen.
Die Miete beträgt 600€ all inclusive. (Strom, Wasser, Gas, Betriebskosten und Internet)

The apartment is a charming two-room apartment in an old building with classic high walls and beautiful herringbone floors in the rooms. All rooms in the apartment are separately accessible.
The kitchen is equipped with everything your heart desires (incl. dishwasher). You are also welcome to bring your own things.
The newly renovated bathroom has a shower as well as a bathtub for complete relaxation. You are also welcome to use the washing machine.
Your room is freshly painted and also has a beautiful herringbone parquet floor. It is currently equipped with a large closet. You can either bring your own furniture or we can provide you with a bed and a desk.
The rent is 600€ all inclusive. (electricity, water, gas, running costs and internet)

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut angebunden. Die U1 befindet ist mit 10min Gehweg erreichbar. Mit der bist du auch innerhalb von 10 min in der Wiener Innenstadt. Die Straßenbahnen O, 11 und die Buslinien 65A und 66A (+120,200 und 210) fahren direkt vor der Haustüre los.
Falls du die BAFEP, HTL Ettenreichgasse oder PH Wien besuchst, kannst du diese auch innerhalb von 5 Gehminuten erreichen.
Die FH Campus Wien ist 20min Gehweg bzw. 1 U-bahn Station entfernt.
Falls du auch ein Auto hast, kannst du die öffentlichen Parkplätze nutzen, wobei du hier ein Parkpickerl benötigst.
Auch für deine kulinarische Versorgung ist gesorgt, denn rund um die Wohnung gibt es sämtliche Lokale und nicht zu vergessen unsere leckeren Würstel- und Kebapstände. Falls du doch lieber selbst kochst, hast du die Auswahl zwischen Spar, Billa oder Hofer innerhalb von 2-5 Gehminuten.
The apartment is very well connected. The U1 underground line is a 10-minute walk away. The trams O, 11 and the bus lines 65A and 66A (+120,200 and 210) leave right outside the front door.
If you are attending BAFEP, HTL Ettenreichgasse or PH Wien, you can reach them within a 5-minute walk.
The FH Campus Wien is a 20-minute walk or 1 subway station away.
If you have a car, you can use the public parking spaces, although you will need a parking permit.
Your culinary needs are also catered for, as there are all kinds of restaurants around the apartment, not forgetting our delicious sausage and kebab stands. If you prefer to cook for yourself, you can choose between Spar, Billa or Hofer within a 2-5 minute walk.
Die Wohnung teilst du dir derzeit mit Konstantinos. Er ist Mitte 30 und berufstätig. Er kommt aus Griechenland und spricht sehr gutes Englisch. Falls du näher an der Wohnung interessiert bist, wird ein Treffen vor dem Einzug bestimmt arrangierbar sein, sodass auch ihr auch kennenlernen könnt :)
Da dies unsere eigene Wohnung ist, bitten wir um Sauberkeit und dich respektvoll im Umgang mit deinem Mitbewohner, deinen Nachbarn sowie allen Utensilien in der Wohnung zu verhalten.
You currently share the apartment with Konstantinos. He is in his mid-30s and works. He comes from Greece and speaks very good English. If you are more interested in the apartment, a meeting can be arranged before you move in so that you can get to know each other :)
Since this is our own apartment, we ask that you keep it clean and be respectful with your roommate, neighbors and all utensils in the apartment.
Der Vertrag ist befristet, wobei der genaue Mietzeitraum persönlich besprochen werden kann. Außerdem kann der Vertrag auf Wunsch verlängert werden :).
