Your future room is 22m^2 large, facing the backyard, thus very quiet, and gets the afternoon sun. It has a wooden floor and electric blinds. There’s a possibility of keeping part of the current furniture (not all the same as in the picture).
The flat has a generous outline with 1 bathroom, 2 toilets, a big kitchen including storage room as well as a big dining/livingroom area. The room is separated from the common areas of the flat by a door and corridor. Thus, it remains quiet even when the kitchen / living room are being used.
The flat is in the top floor of the building including a sunny roof top terrace that we like to use for bbqs, sunbathing and much more.
The flat is located close to the metro U1 (Reumannplatz) as well as the trams O and 11 (Arthaberplatz), taking you within 10-15 mins into the city center and 5 mins to the main station. You can find a Billa, a Billa+, Hofer and other stores around the corner. It takes you about 5 mins to Reumannplatz where you can also find the famous Tichy and the Amalienbad.
We are easy-going, open-minded and all enjoy traveling for various reasons. Whenever we are all in the flat, we like to spend time together whether it be cooking, grabbing a drink or having a game night. We all have our independent interests, whether it be sports, music, reading or going to the theater, but also like to spontaneously join each others' activities.
All of us are working full-time, partially remotely, and are therefore not a party flatshare. However, we do like to occasionally invite people over and guests are always welcome. We have plenty of room for friends and family to stay overnight in the living room.
Luca (35) is from Italy and a dedicated scientist and very much in to music. He is very well known for his 7-minute shower concerts.
Raphael (29) is from Germany and extremely active, playing various sports, and enjoys cooking delicious vegan meals for the whole flat.
Isabel (22) is Austrian and a kindergarden teacher. She likes to spend time with friends and family (which dont live far) as well as exploring the city.
The normal rent (all in) was 570€, due to the current situation, we have to pay more for gas and electricity. We expect to return to a lower rent in the future.
