You come to Vienna as a student and you are looking for a fully equipped apartment to live in for a certain period of time?
You can stop your search with a clear conscience, because we offer you exactly what you need in Dampfgasse 21 near U3 Keplerplatz.
Our rooms in Vienna provide everything you need for a reasonable price.
In addition to the furniture, you will find a fully equipped kitchen . There is a washing machine and internet. So you don ́t need to worry about organising anything before coming. You can just take your suitcase and start your Vienna experience.
We are a Students Organisation and renting out flats as shared apartments troughout Vienna. So we only rent to students. We always try to find people that fit so we can keep a good atmosphere. The flat got furnished mostly by Ikea and everything you need is provided there. We would ask for a deposit of 2 months rent, which you will get back when you move out someday. We have some general houserules- like keeping clean the shared areas, be quiet after 10:00 pm, be respectful with everyone in the house, no smoking...etc. So if you are interested I would be interested to hear some more about you:) If you want to come and visit the flat let me know. If you have any questions feel free to ask.
This room is up for rent from beginnig of December, please understand that we dont want to accept offers later than December 15th.
