WG Zimmer (20qm) möbliert, oder auch unmöbliert in 2er WG ab Juli zu vermieten.
Du teilst die Wohnung mit mir (w/40), ich bin im Kulturbereich tätig und arbeite die meiste Zeit im Homeoffice.
Die Altbauwohnung (ca 80 qm) liegt im erhöhten Erdgeschoss, gleich beim Viktor-Adler-Markt. Der Markt dauert täglich (ausser Sonntags) von 6-13.00 und passiert genau vor Deinem Fenster. Das hört man gut, das Zimmer ist also nichts für Lärmempfindliche Personen.
Die Wohnung ist sehr gut angebunden und liegt in der Nähe vom Hauptbahnhof Wien, 15 Gehminuten zu Fuss, oder 5 Minuten mit der U1 (U-bahn). Die U1/Reumannplatz ist 3 Gehminuten von der Wohnung entfernt, sowohl diverse Straßenbahnlinien (O,6,11). Mit der U1 ist man in ca 10min am Stephansplatz, in ca 15min an der Donau. Für Spaziergänge und Ausflüge ist der Laaer Berg sehr nah und gut erreichbar. Gleich in der Nähe ist die Fußgängerzone Favoritenstraße mit vielen Shops (Billa,Spar und Penny), fast-food und dem grossartigen Viktor-Adler-Markt.

Room (20qm) furnished or unfurnished in a 2-peeps-shared flat to rent from July.
You share the flat with me (f/40), working in the culture sector and spend most of my time working from home.
The flat in an old building (approx. 80 square metres) is on the raised ground floor, right next to the Viktor Adler market. The market runs daily (except Sundays) from 6 am to 1 pm and is right outside your window, so the room is not for people who are sensitive to noise.
The flat is very well connected and is close to Vienna Central Station, a 15-minute walk or 5 minutes by the U1. The U1 station-Reumannplatz is a 3-minute walk from the flat, as are various tram lines (O,6,11). The U1 takes you to Stephansplatz in about 10 minutes and to the Danube in about 15 minutes. The Laaer Berg is very close and easily accessible for walks and excursions. Nearby is the pedestrian zone Favoritenstraße with many shops (Billa, Spar and Penny), fast-food and the great Viktor Adler market.
