We sadly say goodbye to our old flatmates, so two rooms will be available from July on.
1. the biggest room in the flat, 25m2, 2 windows, bright, comes mostly unfurnished - 430 Euros per month/that covers rent, electricity, heating and wlan

The two rooms are situated next to each other, and at the one side of the flat, they are also ideal for couples. before there has been living a family.
through both of them have their own entry, so singles welcome as well :)

The flat is situated in the 10th district, close to the cultural center Ankerbrot Fabrik, the CEU (Central Europian University), the forest of Laaerberg and the Böhmische Prater. Its a lively and diverse multi-cultural area. you find lots of bakeries and places to eat around.
Walking distance of 10 minutes ist the center of Favoriten: Reumannplatz and the new-build are Sonnwendviertel with the Helmut-Zilk-Park.

You will share the flat with a family, consisting of:
Natalie (34), from Vienna, I'm a self deployed artist in the field of Literature and Dance. I'm quiet busy during the week but most of the evenings I spend at home. I'm quiet social, I love to have kitchen talks and eat together, go out with the bikes, interested in performances, theater, clubs (though I almost never make it there).
Fatih (41), from Salzburg, works in the social field, interested in biking, takes sometimes 2 hours to prepare yummy food, loves to take care for his garden outside of Vienna, drives a home on wheel in a truck.
Hannah (8), grew up as a nomadic child, spent 5 years living in a van with her crazy parents, is now down to 2nd grade primary school, but it's an alternative one, where she mostly gets to play :)
Loki, the 🐈⬛, (2), loves to eat, doesn't have any manners,is quite adorable
