Das Zimmer hat ein großes Bett, aus irgendeinem Grund auch ein kleineres Bett, falls man Gäste hat. Es gibt einen Tisch zum Arbeiten/Studieren mit einem Bürostuhl. Das Zimmer und die Wohnung sind sehr gut renoviert. Die Miete 525 deckt alle Kosten, Heizung, Strom, Miete, laufende Kosten des Gebäudes (z. B. Aufzug). ehrlich gesagt, war dies eine der besten Wohngemeinschaften, in denen ich gewesen bin, wirklich nette Mitbewohner.
The room comes with a big bed, for some reason also a smaller bed incase you have guests. there is a table for work/study with an office chair. the room and flat are very well renovated. The rent 525 covers all expenses, heating, electricity, rent, running costs of the building (e.g elevator). honestly, this has been one of the best shared apartments I've been in, really nice roommates.

Die U1 Kerplerplatz ist buchstäblich eine Treppe hinunter, ein Bus 20 Minuten entfernt, Straßenbahn 6 & 11 sind 2 Minuten entfernt. Der Wiener Hauptbahnhof ist in 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Billa ist buchstäblich eine Treppe hinunter, Spar, Hofer, Lidl sind alle zu Fuß erreichbar. Es gibt 5 Fitnessstudios in dieser Straße. Müller ist buchstäblich über die Straße. Nun, Sie haben im Grunde alles.
the U1 Kerplerplatz is literally downstairs, a bus 20 mins away, tram 6 & 11 are 2 mins away. Vienna main train station is 10 mins by walk. Billa is literally downstairs, Spar, Hofer, Lidl are all at a walking distance. there are 5 gyms on this street. Müller is literally across the street. well you basically have it all.
