Hi!
Ab Oktober ist ein wunderschönes, helles 14 m2 Zimmer in unserer gemütlichen WG frei. Das Zimmer kann völlig unmöbliert gemietet werden. Ein Einzelbett inkl Matratze kann jedoch für die erste Zeit genutzt werden. Ein Kleiderständer, ein Regal und ein Hängeregal kann auf Wunsch vom Vormieter übernommen werden. (Fotos vorhanden)
Die Betriebskosten sind nicht inkludiert und werden anteilig verrechnet. Ich bin die Hauptmieterin, wohne aber nicht dort und vermittle nur das Zimmer.
Die Wohnung ist 4 Minuten zu Fuss von der U1 Station Keplerplatz entfernt - Fahrzeit in die Innenstadt - 10 min. Auch der Hauptbahnhof ist zu Fuss schnell erreichbar. Viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es sowohl auf der nahe gelegenen Einkaufsstrasse (Hofer, Billa, Bipa, Spar,..), und dem Hauptbahnhof.
Die grossräumige Wohnung hat insgesamt 95m², einen 10 m² Balkon und getrennt begehbare Zimmer. Das Bad verfügt über eine Badewanne und eine Waschmaschine. Das WC ist extra. Im Innenhof ist Platz für Fahrräder (versperrter Bereich). Klimaanlage vorhanden (selbst steuerbar)
Lily (26 Jahre) und ihre Schwester Olesia (17 Jahre) wohnen dort. Bei sind sehr lieb, ordentlich und unkompliziert. Lily macht gern Yoga, Olesia wird bald studieren und ist noch dabei Wien kennen zu lernen. Zeitweise wohnt auch eine Katze in der WG, jedoch nur bis eine fixer Platz für sie gefunden wurde.
Wir suchen jemanden der langfristig das Zimmer mieten möchte. Wenn Du mehr über die WG und deinen Mitbewohner wissen möchtest, freue ich mich sehr über deine Nachricht!

From 1st of October a wonderful and bright 14m² room will be vacant in our awesome calm and relaxed WG. The room will be furnished if needed. The running costs are not included and extra to pay. Me (the Landlady) did not live there, i just organise the search for the room and answer all questions about the contract and costs.
The flat is situated in the 10th district, 4 minutes away fom the U1 station Keplerplatz – to the inner city it´s only 10 minutes. The main station is reacheable by feet in 10 minutes too. Nearby, there´s a Shoppingstreet and in a big shopping center at the train station, there are all kinds of supermarkets and shops (Hofer, Billa, Spar, etc..)
The flat is 95 m² big, with a 10 m² balcony and indipendent rooms. The bathroom has a bathtub and a washing machine. The WC is in a separated toilet. In the inner courtyard is space for your bike.
Lily (26 Years) and her sister Olesia (17 Years) live there. Both are very easy going and tidy. Lily loves Yoga and Olesia is going to study soon. There is also a lovely cat in the flat.
We search for someone who’ll stay for a long-time period! I can give you more details per email, if you want.
