Wir suchen das dritte Mädel für unsere 3er WG Mädels <3
Das Zimmer hat 25 qm und ist voll möbliert. Die Wohnung ist eine 3er WG, typischer (sanierter) Wiener-Altbau und vollkommen ausgestattet. Wir haben einen Geschirrspüler, eine Waschmaschine, Kaffeemaschine, Bügeleisen + Brett, Wasserkocher, etc. Du musst also nur mehr deine Sachen mitnehmen :).
Wir haben auch einen Balkon, der in den Innenhof gerichtet ist. Perfekt für Raucher. :)
Die Wohnungslage ist zentral. Der Hauptbahnhof ist 15 Gehminuten entfernt. Die U-Bahn-Station Keplerplatz ist in 1 Gehminute zu erreichen. Unis wie die TU, Uni Wien oder WU sind alle in weniger als 20 Minuten zu erreichen.
Geschäfte jeglicher Art (Hofer, H&M, Banken usw.) sind in U-Bahn-Nähe.
In der Gesamtmiete (590 Euro) ist alles inkludiert. Die Kaution beträgt 600 Euro. Da alles ausgestattet und möbliert ist, ist beim Einzug eine Benützungsgebühr von 190 Euro zu bezahlen. Du kannst alles verwenden und alle Möbel benutzen, solange du bei uns bist. <3
Mindestaufenthalt ist 1 Jahr.
Wir haben auch eine Putzfrau, die die gemeinsamen Bereiche putzt.

We are looking for the 3rd girl of our 3 people flat <3
The room (25 qm) is bright and fully furnished. We have a washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine, iron, etc. The apartment is 1 minute by walking away from the ubahn Keplerplatz (U1). All the Supermarkets and stores (H&M, Billa, Hofer, Banks) are just a little walk away. We also have a balcony, that is perfect for smokers.
The total rent (ALL included) is 590 euros. The deposit is 600 euros and when you move in there is a one-time-fee of 190 euros, because everything is furnished and equipped. You can use all the furniture and equipment for your stay.
The minimum stay is 12 months.
We also have a cleaning ladies, who cleans the common areas.
