Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer ruhigen Seitengasse 3 Minuten von der U-Bahn entfernt.
Zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeit auf nahegelegender Favoritenstraße! (Hofer, Billa , Spar in max. 5 min zu erreichen)
HInsweis: Das ZImmer wird gerade noch renoviert, ist aber fertig beziehbar bis 1.12.!
Zu uns:
Im Moment wohnen wir (Philipp & Kati) hier. Philipp studiert Philosophie und Sinologie an der Uni Wien und Kati arbeitet nach einem Studium der Umweltsystemwissenschaften am internationalen Institut für angewandte Systemanalyse in Laxenburg. Während Philipp sich gerne beim Kung Fu verausgabt, findet man Kati eher in der Boulderhalle oder am Berg. Auch wenn wir keine Gemeinschaftsräume haben sind wir keine Zweck-WG, sondern kochen und essen gemeinsam oder sehen uns trashige Horrorfilme an.
Wenn das so klingt als könntest du damit leben, freuen wir uns von dir zu hören ;)

The flat is located in a quiet side street about 3 minutes away for the subway.
There is lots of supermarkets and shops close by on Favoritenstraße! ((Hofer, Billa , Spar only about 5 min away)
Note: The room is being renovated right now, but will be ready by December!
About us:
Philipp and Kati are living in the apartment at the moment. Philipp studies philosophy and sinology at the University of Vienna and Kati works at the International Institute for Applied Systems Analysis in Laxenburg after having studied environmental system sciences. While Philipp takes Kung Fu classes, Kati is more likely to be found in one of the nearby bouldering places or at some mountain (not so nearby). Although we don’t really have a common area, we still like to hang out, cook together or watch trash movies from time to time. If that sounds like the place to live for you, don’t hesitate to send us a message!
