Die Wohnung ist sehr komfortabel gelegen. Sie befindet sich in der Nähe der U1-Station Reumannplatz, drei Gehminuten von der Straßenbahnhaltestelle Quellenstraße/Bernahrdtstalgasse (Linie 6), fünf Gehminuten von der Straßenbahnhaltestelle Davidgasse (Linie 1) und nur wenige Schritte von der Bushaltestelle Inzersdf. Str./Bernhardtstalg (Linie 7A). Wenige Minuten entfernt gibt es eine Vielzahl von Supermärkten wie Spar, Billa, Hofer, Penny Markt, andere notwendige Geschäfte wie DM oder Apotheke. In 15 Gehminuten erreicht man den Wienerberg-Park, wo es riesige Flächen zum Chillen und sogar zum Strandlegen gibt.
Insgesamt gibt es 5 Zimmer, nur Mädchen wohnen hier. Das Zimmer hat einen privaten Balkon mit Fernsicht auf eine schöne und grüne Nachbarschaft. Das Zimmer ist mit einem Bett (90 cm) mit Kopfkissen und Decke, einem Kleiderschrank, einem Schreibtisch und einem Stuhl ausgestattet. Es gibt eine gemeinsame, ausgestattete Küche, ein Badezimmer mit Dusche, eine Waschmaschine und eine separate Toilette. Das Privatzimmer kostet 360,-. Es ist alles inbegriffen und möbliert. Die Kaution beträgt zwei Monatsmieten. Rauchen und Haustiere sind nicht erlaubt.

From 1st of June (or preferably as early as 18th of May) there is 1 room available in a shared, furnished apartment in the 10th district, in Inzerdorferstraße.
The flat is comfortably situated. It is close from U1 station Reumannplatz, a three-minute walk from tram 6 station Quellenstraße/Bernahrdtstalgasse, a five-minute walk from tram 1 station Davidgasse and just a few steps to a bus 7A station Inzersdf. Str./Bernhardtstalg. A few minutes away there is a variety of supermarkets like Spar, Billa, Hofer, Penny Markt, other necessary shops like DM or Apotheke. In 15 minutes on foot, you can reach a park Wienerberg where you can find huge areas to chill and even lay at the beach.
In total there are 5 rooms, only girls live here. The room has a private balcony with a distant view of a nice and green neighbourhood. The room is furnished with a bed (90 cm) including a pillow and a blanket, a wardrobe, a desk and a chair. There is a shared, equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, a washing machine, and a separate toilet. The private room costs 360.-. It is all included and furnished. The deposit is two months rent. No smoking and no pets.
