Die Wohnung liegt im 10. Bezirk in der Fernkorngasse 49 (Höhe Davidgasse) und ist gut an das öffentliche Verkehrsnetz angebunden. Die Buslinie 7A Richtung Meidling hält vor dem Haus, in die Gegenrichtung sind es rund 250 m oder 3 min bis zur Station. Die Straßenbahnlinie 6 in der Quellenstraße ist in 5 min zu erreichen.

Wer sich sportlich betätigen möchte erreicht nach ca. 800 m 2 Fitnessstudios, zum Joggen bietet sich das ca. 1,5 km südlich gelegene Erholungsgebiet Wienerberg an.

Mein Bruder Felix und ich, Kathi, werden ab Oktober in der WG wohnen und suchen eine/einen neue/neuen Mitbewohnerin/Mitbewohner, die/der auch gerne mal etwas gemeinsam unternimmt.
Kurz zu uns: Felix studiert Mathematik an der Uni Wien, liebt Kaffee und fährt im Winter auch gerne Ski. Ich werde ab Herbst mit Tiermedizin beginnen, lese furchtbar gerne, lache viel und koche am liebsetn vegetarisch/vegan. Generell treffen wir uns beide gerne mit Freunden für Ausflüge und zum Fortgehen, oder verbringen auch mal alle einfach einen gemeinsamen Abend zu Hause. Dennoch braucht natürlich jeder auch Zeit für sich. Ordnung, Sauberkeit und ein freundschaftlicher Umgang miteinander sind uns natürlich beiden wichtig.

My brother Felix and I are going to live in a shared apartment from the beginning of October on and are looking for a new roommate.
Briefly about us: Felix studies mathematics at the University of Vienna, loves coffee and also likes to go skiing in winter. I am about to begin with veterinary medicine, love reading books and having a good laugh, as well as cooking vegetarian/vegan. In general, we both like to meet up with friends for excursions and to go out, or we all just spend an evening together at home. Of course, everyone also needs time for themselves. Order, cleanliness and good company are of course important to both of us.

Bei Bedarf gibt es im Keller eine Waschküche, sollte man einmal einen Trockner brauchen – eine neue Waschmaschine gibt es in der Wohnung.
