Das Zimmer ist 12qm groß und hat ein Fenster zum Innenhof, wodurch es immer schön ruhig ist. Die Möbel könnten abgekauft werden, das müsste mit meinem Vormieter einfach abgeklärt werden. :)
The room is 12sqm and has a window to the courtyard, which makes it always nice and quiet. The furniture could be purchased, that would have to be clarified with my previous tenant. :)
Die Wohnung liegt im zehnten Bezirk. Die Strassenbahnen 6 und 11 sind nur drei Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Der Reumannplatz ist nur zwei Straßenbahn Stationen entfernt, wodurch man also auch super schnell bei der U1 ist. Die Straßenbahn D ist ca 6 Gehminuten entfernt, wodurch Man also super schnell am Ring ist. Es gibt sämtliche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe wie Spar, Lidl, Hofer, Bipa, Apotheken, so wie der Billa der eigentlich direkt neben dem Haus ist. :) es gibt außerdem viele kleinere Läden auf der ganzen Straße.
Zum Spazierengehen ist man innerhalb von 10 Minuten am Böhmischen Prater und der Löwygrube, von wo aus man einen wunderschönen Blick auf Wien und seeeehr viel grün hat :)
The apartment is located in the 10th district. Trams 6 and 11 are just a three minute walk away. The Reumannplatz is only two tram stops away, which makes you super fast at the U1. The tram D is about 6 minutes walk away, which makes it super fast to get to the centre . There are all shops nearby such as Spar, Lidl, Hofer, Bipa, pharmacies, as well as the Billa which is actually right next to the house. :) There are also many smaller shops all over the street.
For a walk you are within 10 minutes at the Bohemian Prater and the Löwygrube, from where you have a beautiful view of Vienna and lots of nature :)
Da ich zum 01.01 leider ausziehe, bin ich auf der Suche nach einer/einem Nachmieter*in für mein wunderschönes WG-Zimmer. 🤗Du würdest mit Andy aus Deutschland zusammenwohnen, der Wirtschafts- Ingenieurwesen studiert. Außerdem würdest du mit Beatrice aus Portugal, und Estelle aus Spanien zusammenleben, die beide Flugbegleiterinnen sind :). Es ist also eine ziemlich internationale WG, in der eine harmonische und respektvolle Atmosphäre herrscht. Abends kann man sich gerne zusammen ins Wohnzimmer setzen und einen Fernsehabend machen, oder zusammen das ein oder andere Bierchen trinken. 🍻Aber auch wenn man sich zurückziehen will wird das vollkommen verstanden und berücksichtigt. Im hinteren Teil der Wohnung gibt es noch einen zusätzlichen Raum, der frei zur Verfügung steht in dem man sich zum Beispiel zum Lernen zurückziehen kann. :)
Since I’m moving out on 01. 01, I’m looking for a new tenant for my beautiful shared room. You’d be living with Andy from Germany, who studies industrial engineering. Besides, you would live with Beatrice from Portugal, and Estelle from Spain, who are both flight attendants:). So it is a rather international flat, in which a harmonious and respectful atmosphere prevails. In the evening you can sit together in the living room and have a TV evening, or drink a couple of beers together. But even if you want to be in your room, this is fully understood and taken into account. In the rear part of the apartment there is an additional room, which is free to use, in which you can for example study. :)
