Die Wohnung befindet sich im 10. Bezirk. Es ist ein sehr ruhiger Teil des 10. Auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite befindet sich eine Schule. Pkw-Stellplatz befindet sich direkt vor der Wohnung auf der Straße. In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich viele Geschäfte wie Billa, Hofer, Lidl, Bipa,... Weitere Geschäfte und Gastro-Geschäfte sind von der Wohnung aus bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen.
ANSCHLÜSSE (ÖFFENTLICHE VERKEHRSMITTEL)
Straßenbahnlinie 11 und 0 ab Arthaberplatz (5min zu Fuß). U-Bahn U1 Reumanplatz ist in 7-10min zu Fuß erreichbar.
ÜBER DIE WOHNUNG

15 Quadratmeter (5mx3m). Zimmer ist hell und groß. Jetzt ist das Zimmer leer (Matratze noch drin). Die Miete beträgt 460 EUR im Monat. Die Kosten betragen 35 EUR (Internet, Gas, Strom). Kaution beträgt insgesamt 3 Monatsmieten = 1380 EUR

Der andere Mitbewohner wohnt seit über 2 Jahren in der Wohnung. Er ist ein netter und cooler Typ. Er studiert an der Universität und arbeitet nebenbei. Kann kochen, putzen und abhängen.

ABOUT THE LOCATION
The flat is located in the 10th district. It is a very quiet part of the 10th. A school is located just across the street. Car parking place is just outside the flat on the street. Close by there are many shops like Billa, Hofer, Lidl, Bipa,... Other stores and gastro business are well in the walking distance from the flat.
CONNECTIONS (PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION)
Tram line 11 and 0 from Arthaberplatz(5min walk). Ubahn U1 Reumanplatz is in 7-10min walking distance.
ABOUT THE FLAT
Its a nice cosy shared flat with 2 bedrooms. Shared Flat area about extra 30 sqm. In the flat you have a bathroom (including washing machine), toilet room and of course the kitchen area. The Kitchen is fully equipped and ready to rumble! There is also a celar available. The flat is in the 2nd floor. The house is an old building with a lift.
ABOUT THE ROOM
15 square meters (5mx3m). Room is bright and big. Now the room is empty (matress in still there). Rent is 460 EUR a month. Costs are 35 EUR (internet, gas, electricity). Deposit is a total of 3 months rent = 1380 EUR

The other flatmate has been living in the flat for over 2 years. He is a nice and cool guy. He studies at the university and works part time as well. Knows how to cook, clean and how to hangout.
