Furnished room with balcony and great view! The rent would be 475 euros per month all inclusive. No extra cost for already furnished room and kitchen.
The apartment is located on the 6th floor and there is lots of natural light. I bought some new IKEA furniture for the room in October 2021 (bed, mattress, desk, desk chair, bedside table) and you are welcome to keep this for no extra cost. There is also a balcony attached to the room.
In the flat we have a storage space with shared cleaning equipment and a fully furnished kitchen with a dishwasher, washing machine and shared kitchenware. We also have a shared toilet and modern bathroom. In the building there is a lift and also storage for bicycles.

Möbliertes Zimmer mit Balkon und toller Aussicht! Die Miete wäre 475 Euro pro Monat all inclusive. Keine zusätzlichen Kosten für bereits eingerichtete Zimmer und Küche.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im 6. Stock und es gibt viel Tageslicht. Ich habe im Oktober 2021 neue IKEA Möbel für das Zimmer gekauft (Bett, Matratze, Schreibtisch, Schreibtischstuhl, Nachttisch) und es ist möglich, diese ohne Aufpreis zu behalten. Es gibt auch einen Balkon an das Zimmer angeschlossen.
In der Wohnung haben wir einen Abstellraum mit gemeinsamen Reinigungsgeräten und eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine und gemeinsamen Küchenutensilien. Wir haben auch eine gemeinsame Toilette und ein modernes Bad. Im Gebäude gibt es einen Aufzug und auch einen Abstellraum für Fahrräder.

There is a Billa across the road. There are many other shops only a 5 minute walk away from the apartment (Spar, Hofer, DM, Post etc). It is only a 5 minute walk to Reumannplatz for the U1 and many other bus connections (227, 7A, 66A, N65, N67 and N68). The airport is reachable by metro and train (20min).

Auf der anderen Strassenseite befindet sich eine Billa. Es gibt auch viele andere Geschäfte nur 5 Gehminuten von der Wohnung entfernt (Spar, Hofer, DM, Post etc. ). Mit der U1 und vielen weiteren Busverbindungen (227, 7A, 66A, N65, N67 und N68) sind es nur 5 Gehminuten bis zum Reumannplatz. Der Flughafen ist mit der U-Bahn und dem Zug erreichbar (20Min).

You would live with Laura (28) from Italy and Justine (19) from Luxembourg.
Laura is a PhD student at TU Wien and also works at the Academy of Fine Arts. She likes reading, painting, gardening and going out for a walk or having a drink!
Justine has just started studying architecture at TU Wien and she is very interested in art!
