Ich suche einen netten menschen der in mein zimmer ziehen möchte. Justina 37 und Ammar 30 die beiden besten Mitbewohner die man sich vorstellen kann. Sie sind beide in der Kunst aktiv und waren immer zu 100 % zuverlässig. Unser WG Leben war immer sehr ruhig und harmonisch.
Die Wohnung hat 81 m2 Jahrhundertwendehaus und ist im 10. Bezirk nahe Reumannplatz ca. 150 m zur U1. Dein Zimmer hat ca 15 m2 und einen traumhaften Ausblick auf die Antonskirche und den Park darunter. Es ist generell ruhig und hell.
Die Wohnung ist mit 01. 05 zu übernehmen. Eventuell könntest du auch Möbel aus meinem Zimmer übernehmen, dass müssten wir aber noch besprechen. Dein Anteil wären 317 Euro im Monat (all inclusive).
Kaution: 600 €
Das Leben in diser Wohnung war immer sehr offen und freundlich, so auch mit den Vermietern. Mir ist es wichtig meine WG jemandem zu übergeben, der zuverlässig ist und nett. Für alles weitere schreibe mir gerne eine Nachricht :))

The apartment has 81 m2 turn of the century house and is in the 10th district near Reumannplatz about 150 m to the U1. Your room has about 15 m2 and a fantastic view of the Antonskirche and the park below. It is generally quiet and bright.
The apartment is to be taken over with 01. 05. Possibly you could also take over furniture from my room, but we would have to discuss that. Your share would be 317 euros per month (all inclusive).
Deposit: 600 €
Life in this apartment has always been very open and friendly, including with the landlords. It is important for me to give my flat to someone who is reliable and nice. For everything else feel free to write me a message :))
