Ein Zimmer in unserer WG wird ab 1. Juni frei. Es hat 10 m^2 und ist vollmöbliert mit einem Doppelbett, Schreibtisch, Kleiderschrank und Hängeregalen. Die Wohnung ist als 5er-WG ausgerichtet, das bedeutet es gibt insgesamt 5 Schlafzimmer. Außerdem hat die Wohnung einen Eingangsbereich, ein Badezimmer, getrenntes WC und ein Wohn-/Esszimmer.

There is a room free in our shared apartment starting June 1st. It is 10 m^2 and is fully furnished with a double bed, desk, closet and shelves. In total, there will be 5 people living in the apartment which means there are 5 bedrooms. Furthermore, there is a small entrance hall, a bathroom, separate toilet and a living/dining room.
Die Lage ist zentral im 10. Bezirk Wien (Favoriten). Die nächsten Straßenbahn- und Busstationen sind 3min zu Fuß entfernt, die nächsten U-Bahn-Stationen (Keplerplatz und Reumannplatz) ca. 15min. Diverse Supermärkte wie v.a. Spar, Billa und Hofer, Drogerien und Apotheken sind sehr nah (5 bis 10min Gehzeit).

The location is central in the 10th district of Vienna (Favoriten). The nearest tram and bus stations are 3min walk away, the nearest subway stations (Keplerplatz and Reumannplatz) about 15min. Various supermarkets such as Spar, Billa and Hofer, drugstores and pharmacies are very close (5 to 10min walk).
Du würdest zusammenleben mit Xenia, Margarete, Fattima und Katharina. Sie sind alle im Alter von 22 bis 25 Jahren, studieren und arbeiten.
Unser Umgang ist freundschaftlich und wir sind keine Zweck-WG. Grundsätzlich hat natürlich jede ihren eigenen Tagesablauf und wir sind alle sehr beschäftigt. Aber manchmal trinken wir abends gerne einen Spritzer miteinander oder laden auch Freund:innen ein.
Dadurch dass wir doch eine recht große WG sind, ist uns Sauberkeit wichtig.

You would be living together with Xenia, Margarete, Fattima and Katharina. They are all between the ages of 22 and 25 and study and work.
We are friends and we are not a purpose-built shared apartment. Of course, we all have our own daily routine and we are all very busy. But sometimes we like to have a drink together in the evening or invite friends.
Due to the fact that we are quite a large WG, cleanliness is important to us.
Unser Vermieter möchte, dass die Wohnung eine Frauen-Studentinnen-WG bleibt. Das bedeutet, wir dürfen nur Frauen und vorzugsweise Studentinnen annehmen.
Die zwei Regale an der Wand hat die Vormieterin selbst gekauft und würde dafür um eine Ablöse von 10€ bitten.
Momentan kostet das Zimmer noch 320€, es wird allerding bald auf 330€ erhöht werden.

Our landlord wants the apartment to remain a female-students shared apartment. That means we are only allowed to accept women and preferably students.
The previous tenant bought the two shelves on the wall herself which is why she is asking for 10€ for them.
At the moment the room is 320€, but the rent will be increased to 330€ soon.
